Can anybody tell me the name of the cartoon I'm remembering?

It was a Canadian (I think) childrens show sort of like goof troop, that had anthropomorphic animals that lived like humans, not sure what animal they were though. And it was about two or three siblings, rather than father and son.

Other things I remember about it are that it had an episode that was an homage to Rear Window, much like that one Simpsons episode, and the theme song had a line in it that went like:

I remember a spanish animated film about Noah's ark, except the MC's are a family of termites or some sort of wood eating bugs, probably made sometime around the 80's, not exactly groundbreaking but it's be nice to remember.
BONUS: there's another animated short, the main plot is about war, genocide and exploitation of land and peoples, the background is entirely black and everything is made out of chalk like cartoons it used to be aired in Locomotion.

Worst thing about the Megaman one was that it was originally intended to be done following traditional 90s anime designs, although poor reception from test audiences to the initial promo made them switch to a more generic look.
