I think Marvel decided to bump the Spider-books in order not to be overwhelmed on the first Wednesday of 2016 with Spider-Man/Deadpool.

I think it's more Fletcher than Wu. Batgirl is delayed too and his books have been having problems the past couple of months in general. Wouldn't be surprised if Gotham Academy gets delayed too, but maybe the next arc being a bunch of short stories by multiple creators will prevent it.
