When Toonami acquired Hellsing Ultimate, the contract they signed with Funimation stated they had gotten "every episode". But what Funimation conveniently left out was that this meant "every episode currently available". The Funimation release of episodes 9 and 10 wasn't released until after Toonami began airing the series, so it wasn't until they were halfway through and stopped receiving episodes from Funimation that Funimation told them "Oh, we didn't include episodes 9 and 10 in your contract."

So they had to get a whole new contract negotiated and signed up, Hellsing Ultimate ended up taking a break for a month, and then the last two were aired as part of the worst month of movies (in terms of content and ratings) Toonami ever aired.
