Like there were no X-Men on the 2015 poster because the merchandise rights belong to Fox. But the merch rights to Spider-Man have been held jointly by Marvel and Sony for a very long time.

The status of Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver must complicate that even further, and since we know that AoU was a bit of a "blunder" (meaning not as impossibly massive as it could have been, just regularly impossibly massive), I have a feeling Vision and the twins just didn't get popular enough with kids to be worth the effort.
