There's Andy (blue) and Jim (orange). they've known each other since High School, maybe longer, they were college roommates and so on.
kickass has it on their site, you should go get the show, it's worth it. it's funny as hell.

The real world episode is probably my favorite. The two gay guys are great in it.

My favourite was the final episode though, it was so sweet.

it was either 2 or 3 eps that they also made later on that didn't get completely produced due to getting cut. The last ep was where Andy tries to impress Gwen and sets the mattress store up in flames it wasn't completely animated but it was more story boarded, well ruff RUFF animation.

If anything, I think shows like this, Bojack Horseman, Baby Blues and other shows with this type of "down to earth" concept, was too soon in the an animation/cartoon show approach

Plan 9 From Mission Hill.

Thought it was sweet at times.

Although the best subplot was when Gus got stabbed in the head.

I don't know if I can relate to any of the characters nowadays but in the past I was probably a combination of Kevin and Andy (studious but unambitious).
