People always want to feel like they're apart of something. Whether it'd be a group that shares the same fashion style, shares a particular sexual orientation, or whatever. It's the basic rule of this is me, I am a _______. Then suddenly a magical television show descends down from the heavens supplying the necessary whatevers people want in society but are too fucking lazy to get for themselves. They religiously watch and talk about it all the damn time to the point where normal people can't stand to be around them for more than three seconds.

They've suddenly become social pariahs teeming to be with other social pariahs. So these 'people' form groups on the multiple social networks spreading their diseased message of "you're not allowed to do/be ______." They want to reinforce this idea, and they think because they're in a group they can instill this message using fear tactics.

But if you look deeper into this you suddenly realize that it has nothing to do with the magical show, these assholes are just bitter and use it as a scapegoat to selfishly push their own agendas on people. So when you see people say they hate Steven Universe, it's more than likely they're saying they hate the stupid fucking fan base of grown men and women who obsess over a children's cartoon looking for a deeper meaning to push an idea when in reality there are no such meanings.
