I'll give it to Phase 2 since I liked Cap 2 more than any MCU movie so far. If we're counting Daredevil too, then there's no contest.

Neither, they both sucked.

Phase two easily. All the films in it was good (except Thor The Dark World which was just okay)

The only really good film in phase 1, besides Avengers is Iron Man.

Phase One had the best MCU movie to date, Iron Man (which was the first, hey what a surprise) and The Incredible Hulk (which I still think was amazing and will fight anyone who disagrees). Thor was also pretty good.

Phase Two was full of memes, the abortion that was Winter Soldier and the disappointment that was Avengers 2.
