If there was ever a videogame that desperately need a remastering, prequals or even spinoffs, it is the Legacy of Kain. That game series was just amazing and that game really took advantage of Raziel's spectrum abilities, such as the ability to come in and out the spectrum realm to solve very clever puzzles.

Currently, there is an online game set in their universe called Nosgoth. The game is basically a war between humans and vampires. To give you an idea, it is just the beta. But it is basically 'Gears of War' mixed with 'Left for Dead'. your characters also evolve as you levelup. it is still gaining some improvements
It is not the same as the original series and nowhere as story driven, but still pretty cool.

Oh yeah, Go is a hell of a lot more different than the first show, in all the ways you're probably already aware of, as well as their actual dynamics between each other.

I'd prefer it if the people in charge came out saying 'we're going to make another Titans show more like the first', but I still like both of the shows for what they are.

And just in terms of the BBxRae dynamic, there's lots of different ways they can show it that I'd still like, as long as they get the very basics of their characters down. Like I said, I read and enjoyed a tonne of different fanfics. And they were vastly different to each other.

I hadn't considered that you wouldn't have one preferred interpretation of how and why Raven and Beast Boy become a couple.
What I wanted to hear your thoughts on is what kind of relationship you think TTG Raven and Beast Boy have, as opposed to their original cartoon versions.
As for change, I think it's worth noting that the original cartoon was very different from the New Teen Titans comic, and the New Teen Titans was very different from the original comic series.
So TTG is hardly the first time these characters have been changed.

The Teen Titans cartoon was my first introduction to Teen Titans at all.

But again, as long as the main staples of the characters are kept the same, and it's good obviously, I'm fine with changes.

The coupling of Beast Boy and Raven has always been pretty simplistic for me, opposites attract. Their personalities lack in different aspects, but they complete each other when together. They also need each other in a sense of Raven not having such an emotional, happy, loving presence for most of her life, and Beast Boy also needing someone to keep him more grounded, as well as to understand the parts of him he keeps hidden.

A lot of people hate Beast Boy for being so simplistic and a joker, yet my favourite parts of his character are the ones that show how competent he is. Hacking a missile travelling across the globe and redirecting its course. Forming a team and making them effective after a short period of time together.

I'm pretty much just rambling at this point, but I like that they're mostly opposites, with enough similarities deep down, Beast Boys competence, Ravens love, to actually keep them together for a long time without driving each other mad. And that Beast Boy represses a lot of his instinctive natural leader personality type to better fill a different kind of role on the team, as well as the role that he needs to be to bring Raven out of her shell and make her feel special.
