A lot of Looney Tunes-styled slapstick shows would work with Toon: The Cartoon Roleplaying Game.

I have a feeling that Samurai Jack could work well with the vibes of an eastern-styled RPG.

Kids Next Door feels like it has enough room for original characters and a setting that's well-explained and goofy enough to run a game in.

I guess Atomic Betty could work with Traveller or something.

There are enough mecha systems to run Megas XLR in like a hundred different ways; while the rules are a horrible fit to the setting, I kinda want to see someone try to run the characters in Adepteus Evangelion just to see how badly it ends up.

I've heard that about 1/4 of the Call of Cthulhu games try to put a Scooby-Doo character in, so I guess it works pretty well already.

The amount of violence combined with puzzle-solving, historical setting, and upbeat tone make Asterix pretty well-suited to a traditional RPG.

Pinky and the Brain could probably be run in Genius: The Transfression, with Brain as a Hoffnung and Pinky as a Staunen.

Ah, 5e? I guess I could sorta see it for the theme of the show, with a few adjustments.

To be honest, the system I think would fit it best is Paranoia. I just really like the feel of Friendship is Optimal.

I think it's unfitting for precisely that reason. The show has a very cohesive system for how the characters and their powers work, so the best way to reflect it would be an RPG with its own built-in class/race system, like the World of Darkness.
