>A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away...
It really doesn't look like it's him.
Honestly I just went with the newer version because it actually looks like the movie.
Oh, and also to capture some of that Special Edition feel :^)
Yeah, I like some consistency. I'm not a big fan of the recolor either but it doesn't look as bad on the other two adaptations.
>not posting the superior manga

It's like when he was showing off his powers to Padme. Maximum pottery.
You didn't know about the dice? Go rewatch the movie, you can see them when the ship's docked on Mos Eisley.
This narration sure is something.
>Luke jumps into his speeder
The prequel comics looked like garbage badly traced off of live action. Original trilogy gets much better art.
I WONDER WHY

Anything is gold after the shitholes of the few past days of Star Wars storytimes
I've wondered about that, with related media that came out around when the movie came out. I'd suspect they didn't have the final movie to base things off of, just concept art, preliminaries, early drafts of scripts... I wonder what they thought if/when they watched the movie and saw all the differences.
Another option would be the artists didn't give a fuck, and did what they want.
>worrying about mods
