His interactions with Nite Owl also kind of give that vibe since Dan is the only person Rorschach shows that he really cares about and at one point Rorschach holding Nite Owl's hand for too long after Rorschach apologized to him is a miror of when Dan held Laurie's hand for too long because he liked her (Rorschach's mask even made a smile face after the handshake).

Honestly Rorschach is super repressed in everything and I think Dan is the only person that is kind to him and Rorschach secretly likes ot and tries to return the affection but does it in awkward ways.

At least to me there is no doubt he likes Dan in some way sonce he actually tries to apologize to him when he hurt his feelings and Rorschach is the kind of guy who gives a shit when he hurts people.
