The entire show is like that.

Like Jimmy Two-Shoes, it was supposed to be cheerful characters trapped in hell with a city populace of monsters who aspire to be villainous or just unpleasant.
But networks said no, so in the case of Baskervilles it became "some rich guy who thinks he's the devil made a theme park designed around hell and hired actors to pretend to be the monsters, then became fixated on one family who wasn't traumatized by the whole thing".

Gets even worse, at times the show plays it completely straight with the original concept before having a character give the "devil" shit about him just being crazy, or having a robot skeleton gab on about how he's a robot.

So in the pilot, you see her whole family put on costumes before they meet the family since they're just supposedly actors. But from that point on its played 100% straight as if they've been there all their lives, beyond the idea they're just acting anymore.

I'm trying to think of a show that did this concept, and it's honestly a little tough. Seems like writers just decide it's easier to do "normal people in a town full of weird neighbors with occasional monsters" or, if the monsters are the focus, it just becomes madcap magical adventures instead of a fish-out-of-water scenario for the normal people.
The closest thing I can think of that does the fish-out-of-water vibe is that show about a school full of monsters where a normal guy (played by Rick Moranis) was the teacher. But that doesn't count because it was just 1 normal guy and a series of bad monster puns.
I'd enjoy seeing a show about normal people living in a somewhat intimidating, Halloweentown-type setting. It makes me wonder why The Baskervilles went for a "Hell-based theme park" instead of scrapping the hell concept and just making it about general monsters instead.
