Buzz was more popular according to a survey?
Tim Allen was available to do a direct-to-video pilot movie while Tom Hanks was not?
They figured a Woody cartoon would be too similar to the Tarzan cartoon they made around the same time?
They would have made a Woody cartoon if One Saturday Morning lasted another year?
Either way, I don't buy that because they didn't make one, it couldn't have been as good as the Buzz Lightyear cartoon.
