Pretty great. Wished it was longer or they at least gave a real follow up the plot about the clone heroes instead of just having an army of Apache Chiefs attack.

Great and justified representation of a broad spectrum of the DC universe with top writing and still some of the best characterization I've seen in any DC adaptation. And definitely the most successful non-comic adaptation to impart a truly global scale to the working idea of a superhero team. Applies to both Justice League and Unlimited (I consider the two as one).

While at first it seemed like they were just dragging up capes to see what the audience liked, I really liked how it fell into it's groove later.
The Cadmus Arc was great, it was interesting to see an enemy they couldn't just punch away.

It hurts me. That being said, Cap verbally destroying the founding 7 was amazing.

Utterly brilliant, no other superhero cartoon holds a candle to the Timmverse in general. And i'm primarily a Spiderman fan.

One thing i really like about unlimited in particular is how much it feels like Star Trek. (Is it just me?)

Timm always did a magnificent job of incorporating a degree of sexuality into his shows and characters, without taking away from the integrity of the characters, or causing some uproar among parents.

still, i can't help but wonder, what scripts were scrapped or re-written because networks said "no," or what was animated, and then cut, for the same reason?
I'd love to see "lost episodes" that were never made, or never aired, because of content, or "special edition" episodes that had content restored.

Here comes an extremely unpopular opinion.

After enjoying Young Justice I wanted to watch another DC show, with Justice League and what not. I've read a bunch of glowing reviews and gave Justice League a go. I watched a fair bit of it, probably close to ten episodes, but I was kinda dissapointed. It was boring, the plots seemed basic and predictible, the characters unispired. I mean I would really love it as kid, it failed to capture the attantion of a twenty-something neckbeard.

The reason Bruce Timm went with that plot was because they realized Terry's parents didn't have the right genes for Terry to inherent black hair. It was also planned to be Catwoman instead of Waller at one point.

Lex-Brainiac solos the entire core JLA, Flash barely gets out of the rubble and Lex-Brainiac goes to kill him, trying to make the possible future of JSA being real.

He breaks out and Lex mocks him, saying that he (Flash) is going to beat Lex. And he runs... Only to come back a few seconds later with a Mach Punch. Que Flash running so fast he merges with the Speed Force, shreds Lex-Brainiac and seperates Brainiac (who has merged w/ Lex on a biological level) and kills/removes him before merging with the Speed Force entirely.

The added scene of them pulling him out of the Speed Force shortly afterwards is pretty cool.

I enjoy Arrow as a show but the whole boxing glove arrow felt so forced and out of place. I get its awesome and fits with the comic character but show Ollie did not and still has not earned the ability to be that cheeky. It is probably the shows biggest failure in my opinion. In comics lore, GA is a known whore who spends most of his life in bullshit romance drama. Collosal slut and the apache chiefs ho of a wife fucked behind the chiefs back and that lead to the chief getting killed.
