It’s paced like shit. Five issues of set-up and wreckage porn, followed by three issues in a random barely sketched out AU.

Ultron doesn't actually appear up until the last issue, half of which is a fucking reprint of a FCBD that came out years prior. Ultron lasts in a battle for five panels, and after that we have twenty more of fucking set-up for future events.
Plus, the climax is basically a joke from a Simpsons Halloween Special:

Everything else has either been dull (Original Sin), utterly pointless and inconsequential (Age of Ultron) or both (Secret Invasion, literally the most useless crossover since the days of shit like Maximum Security).
