I'm a tad confused by the dolls. I think I remember Abadon saying that Praman was a gold devil possessing a powerful servant who cut off his face, and his dolls were similar. So back in throne, these two were devil masks on humans with faces cut off? And then 82 banished them here, and this is their real devil forms?

Oh, well, only part of the ground is white. The other part is red. That's why I mentioned that this was pretty much the outskirts.

We saw another part of the Void in White Chain's segment of the story and, from what we've seen, I'm assuming that it's whiter/greener deeper into the Void and farther away from Throne someone is. We see red because we're still close-ish.

In the case of Nand's girls, they're human bodies possessed by the black flame with the face removed. They're given identity by having the masks put on. The black flame cannot exist in the material world without a vessel, it's a thing of the Void.

So the reason Nand's girls don't look like other demons is because they're demons possessing human bodies that are projecting into the Void, just like Allison and the magisters are.

Even if Abba just decided to change the design, that's bound to happen over the course of a webcomic. There are many reasons why he may have switched out the insect limbs other than making her more attractive (which isn't a crime either). Maybe 'cause it would have been harder to give her outfits, maybe to make her more relatable or make her hands more expressive.
