Don't screw up the OP.
Which feet is best feet, /gfg/?
>extremely sweaty after competitions and such
I love Stan and Ford voice actors. They just fit them so much. Is Mable still stuck in her bubble, so Dipper saving her was just an fantasy? Why Dipper didn't tell Mabel what that small guy from car gang did for her?
To be honest i'd rather see these two touch feet and lock toes. Boybox? I know your lurking here. can't you make this happen? You make dreams come true kind wizard.
Who's feet do you think stink more?
Dipper, prepubescent 12 yr old. Wears the same socks every day.
Robbie, teen dude who wears slip on vans with no socks every day an is canonically in"a sweaty cage"
who got the most stank?
How are you filling the void between episodes, /gfg/?
jerking off to *'s feet is neither original nor clever
Finally watched the episode. It was weird how Dipper didn't bring up how shitty things were going on outside the bubble while he was at the trial. I know a lot of people like to rag on Mabel, but I think she would have been convinced to go help if she knew her friends and family were in danger.
>ford is depicted as worse than stan despite being an honest working genius and not a lying criminal
Is it just a coincidence that Ford is the taller of the two? Is Alex trying to tell us something?
He's usually too scared to do anything but lately he's gotten a bit uppity after hanging out with that Adult Swim kid down the block.
I really don't understand why would anyone want an Ariel AMA. She has nothing to do with gf apart from being an inspiration.
"hey ARIAL WHAT I S ALEX'S FAVORITE x"
"HEY WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE EPISODE’
"what is ALEX'S x y and z"
"CAN U TELL ALEX ABUT 3RD SEASON PLOX"
At least part of the discrepancy is owed to the fluffiness of Ford's hair vs. Stan's flat fez.
>Not What He Seems
>dipper learns that Stan has had a series of fake identities and becomes convinced that the man they've been staying with isn't even stan pines
>A Tale of Two Stans
>dipper is shocked that stan's name isn't stanford
I guess Alex didn't think this through.
Soon the pain will end
soon the unclean will be purged
Bill Cipher is so god damn overrated. Think about it. This obnoxious fucking bastard is just a triangular Spongebob. He's loud, shrill voiced, obnoxious and yellow and even wears a fucking bow tie. His doom better be legendary because i am sick to death of this yellow asshole
Anon, please. How could Bill be the triangular version of Spongebob Squarepants when he wears no pants at all?
You're not the first to think that, but no, unfortunately.
The colours are pretty damn close, though.
I like Dachsunds and all but if you really wanted to make us feel better you could have given us three seasons of quality content and kept your personal emotional problems to yourself hack.
Gotta love Nate's sweet black ass.
Yeah, we already know that. What we don't know and will never know is what it would of been like having closure between certain characters (stan brothers, dipper and blonde bitch) through a proper season, rather than having it all smooshed together in the next episode.
Also, it's episodes 20, 21, and 22 combined into one. It's 1 HOUR AND 6 MINUTES LONG YOU FAGGOT.
Here's your (You).
No, anon. That would be stupid now when we have zero idea what the last half hour of Mabelfuckery is leading up to. Wait for the climax, see how it all turns out, and then you can start taking petty potshots.
it was never a "meme"
starting off, he was always somewhat of an arrogant and fickle seeming twerp, especially online, conducting interviews with cartoonjew or whoever saying that gravity falls was planned out and that he had it all handled. he stuck to his word, but it was anything but handled well. he was also not very open to criticism and would block people on twitter for any slight real or imagined.
he delivered somewhat with NWHS, but everything after seemed like he lost grasp of something. the show didnt build to its conclusion, it just sort of arrived out of left field after a series of mediocre to bad episodes.
also, giving big roles to characters like soos (who is okay, but gets tiring), toby determined, grenda, and candy (who i dont mind, and her brief dipper scenes were even cute, but wasted within a shitty episode that squandered her potential) when people were clamoring for wendy or pacifica or their families or hell even gideon who was reduced to a minor annoyance this season at best after basically being advertised as season 2's mastermind villain in the shorts. ford ended up being a chump whose unnecessary celebrity VA bankrupted the budget. bill's long anticipated archimonde summoning turned out to just be a bunch of yo gabba gabba rejects instead. the season hasn't been complete shit, but i fully expect a danny phantom tier "meh" finale with a wrap up that leaves 95% of fans unsatisfied and hirsch will spend the rest of his career listening to moronic fans demand him to bring GF back.
ill wait until the finale airs before i really rank this cartoon among my favorites, it couldve easily been number one but shit decisions all throughout season 2 (not just 2b, though it got really bad by the time the episode with the evil math magician rolled around) have dropped it out of contention.
feels a lot like cartoons like dexter's lab or FoP that started out strong and then just completely imploded on themselves because the creators wanted out.
THIS. ALL OF THIS. Its about goddamn time. Fuck you Hirsch. You dropped the ball and you know it faggot.
why dipper is the best character, guys?:')
Mabel isn't that bad, but Mabelfags are the absolute worst. The mental gymnastics they go through to defend her even when she's in the wrong reek of indoctrination.
She's not perfect, she did a lot of things she shouldn't do and those weren't as justifiable as Dipper or Ford's actions because they did nothing for anyone but herself. If you only accepted that, you wouldn't be as obnoxious.
Best Gompers. Have a Mabel, anon
So. Two episodes back we finally ha the big Dipper and Mabel argument...and it's already been resolved. Is the final episode really just going to be resolving the plot with no emotional stakes at all?
I think like everyone else, Mabel was under the influence of the prison like the others.. and needed that jolt to get her out of it..
I'm not a big fan of GF but I really want to see how it ends.
Who do you think will die at the end?
>in character dialogue
Nice job drawing Dipper's head at that angle.
>Who do you think will die at the end?
So where will /gfg/ be spending the new year?
i like his passion for what he does, but i don't think much of how it affects his relationship with the rest of his family. alas, the old nerd has torn me.
I can't think of a line for the heart, glasses, and question mark.
Ill be getting drunk off of rakia at home because of how expensive everything is. On skype.
Its going to be the best.
No one on GFG has ever had the balls to say something to Hirsch either on Twitter (to my knowledge) or ever in comicon. They know that if they try to call him out hell just BTFO them in public
>entire board of people calling the guy a dwarf/hack/jew/kek every day for months and photoshopping him with his eyes gouged out
Yeah it's such a mystery why he never comes here
Probably gonna be the first New Year's Eve
I spend alone, might be around /gfg/.
Man, these flashbacks in Part 2 are priceless.
>tfw this is the only time we'll see Pines at home in Piedmont
I liked the flashbacks 2. Ill probably only come by one time to leave a happy new year thing.
We need more high quality shitposts around here.
And not know the conclusion to Gravity Falls? Come on anon. You and me are gonna experience it in 2016 like bosses, sipping coffee, reacting to it on /gfg/ for an entire hour.
There will NEVER EVER be that one fantastic crossover that you dreamed of.
If it ends up disapointing then you can probably kill yourself.
>ywn die during the midseason hiatus and have nwhs as your final gf memory
No good reason.
Fangirls wanted a bishie, and so human bill art started making him dark and seductive.
Though the Pinecest possession is definitely a better way to go about it.
Now, where have I seen that sparkly tutu in her art before... hmmm
>tfw no Tambry episode ever
True, not too mysterious now that you put it that way.
That also explains it. Weirdos.
Okay /gfg/, let's get some serious discussion up in here to bridge the gap until the next episode:
1. How would you have done Weirdmageddon/Mabel's bubble differently? What could improve these episodes?
2. What one the one-five things you MOST want the happen in the last episode? What do you want out of the series finale?
3. Which characters from past episodes would you love to have make an appearance in the last episode, and/or which characters do you wish had already appeared?
4. What is your favorite thing so far about the Weirdmageddon arc and/or what is the biggest dissapointment so far?
>I thought Bill was some sort of geometrical nightmare entity.
I started watching the show pretty late and before I actually saw it, I thought the character "Bill" looked like this.
That is... something. I watched my first few episodes around the time it came out, but lost interest until I saw how Bill handled Mr. Northwest.
Don't get how you'd assume that was his actual design, but you do you.
1) Establish immediately that Mabel is under hypnotic control, perhaps Bill is controlling her personally. Have Dipper surrender to the temptations of the world, specifically being with Mabel forever, as well, before Soos's dad teaches Soos about the value of doing the right thing, causing Soos to rescuse them, confront Mabel, etc. Dipper realises that being with Mabel forever was his ultimate wish, and realises he doesn't want to go with Ford.
2) I want the wheel to be relevant, period.
3) Ted Strange.
4) I liked how helpless Dipper was after Ford was taken. I didn't like how they wasted the bubble world.
>Don't get how you'd assume that was his actual design, but you do you.
I didn't think about it at all, just from the bits and pieces of fan art I idly saw floating around, I assumed lots of off-base things.
I also thought it was a show about a bunch of kids at a summer camp called "Gravity falls" and Bill was their morally ambiguous camp counselor.
>1. How would you have done Weirdmageddon/Mabel's bubble differently? What could improve these episodes?
Inside the bubble is a realistic world that still caters to its victim's desires. So in this world, Mabel and Dipper's parents decide they should all move to Gravity Falls. With the attic free, Soos moves into the Mystery Shack with the Stans, Wendy's mom returns, Dipper starts to slowly get taller and hairier, etc. It would've been funny seeing Kraz and Xyler but with standard GF character designs.
1) the alex take charge, he probably the best at making striking visuals. We've seen Mable get high before and it was amazing, the bubble was just visually underwhelming. I want the world to feel as oppressive as mabel and bill really are, that way it is satisfing when Mable turns it off. Also your heads on backwards is a great joke and gravity falls has gotten away with worse.
2)a suprize to be continued and alex was just trolling us
3)Ford and Fiddleford's third partner
4)Mable bubble was the biggest disappointment
The whole flash back sequence I thought was really great, the rest of the episode extremely meh. Actually my only issue with the flashback scenes was how I felt they were undercut by Mabel being a selfish bitch this episode' and I usually like her.
1. I would've just had Mabel be unconscious and inside the bubble was her mindscape like in Dreamscaperers. They would have to communicate to Mabel's subconscious and get her to accept growing up, Dipper looks at memories and realizes he would rather be with Mabel than Ford, etc.
2. Wheel satisfactorily explained. Gideon and Ford interaction. Stan, Ford, or Soos perma death. Bill actually feeling like a threat. Stan and Ford partial reconciliation.
3. McGucket's son.
4. Favorite: Wendy being useful for once. Biggest disappointment: everything about Part 2 minus the cold open.
Which chub is best chub, /gfg/?
>perfect shape, childlike and sweet personality
>beaver teeth, childlike personality won't be for everyone
Free Pizza Guy
>good for the superchub bears
>little to no character development
>right amount of chub, bi and doesn't judge your kinks/fetishes
>kind of a slut
>chub wise is "just right", insecure enough that making out with him is a instant confidence boost
>insecurities may be grating to some
>needs mute button
Now meet the gang of interdimensional criminals I call my friends!
>one licensed game made by ubishit
>no gf game by wayforward
make it a shantae reskin I don't care
Someone else made this suggestion, but it was pretty good:
Dipper falls for the bubble's trap and ages himself up to be with Dream Wendy. Seeing her real brother so out-of-character snaps Mabel back to her senses.
Mabel comes to the realization that the bubble has pushed her and Dipper even further apart than before, and decides that she'd rather face reality with him than live a fantasy without him.
I really hope ford lives. Dipper doesn't have enough friends he can really relate to and after Double Dipper I realized it's a wonderful dynamic to have someone he can share his interests with
Man, the Mabel haters would have gone crazy. It would've been hilarious.
>Dipper is finally happy?! I can't have this! This is too weird! Even though I literally pushed my brother to confess to Wendy before, seeing them actually together is crazy!!!
With my family at our old friends' house in rural Wexford, lighting Chinese Lanterns.
It's pretty nice desu.
Looks almost like Ryan Pequin's style
thats a good way to spend new year
I prefer an old-fashioned genderswap.
Yeah, implication is that Mabel is supposed to be a boy who identifies as a girl.
>letting Dipper off the hook
>his "real" plan was to get them trapped in Mabel's bubble instead of turning them into gold or something
So fucking stupid. Having them escape Mabel's bubble better be part of his plan too.
>Dipper being insecure about his tiny sausage
Thanks anon. I didn't realise how much I appreciated that relationship between our family's myself until I typed it out. I haven't seen them together since Summer, so I'm desperate to catch up with them all.
The lantern tradition came when we all nearly set the tree on fire a few years ago when we tried them out for the first time.
>Having them escape Mabel's bubble better be part of his plan too.
Next step: crashing Gravity Falls...
...WITH NO SURVIVORS!
I actually followed LOST while it was first airing, and theorized about it on SomethingAwful.
I remember the slowly building rage as the sinking realization that the showrunners had no fucking idea what any of the "mysteries" on the show actually meant and they were full of shit.
When this actually turned out to be true, the disappointment and anger were painful.
Suddenly, all the half-baked fan theories were no longer laughable because they were a million times better than what we got.
I've sort of written a new version of the ending of LOST in my head and forget about the actual finale.
I'm starting to think it's going to be the same thing for GF.
I wasn't that disappointed when I realized the mystery wasn't all that. I just enjoyed it as a cute little show. I guess a lifetime of real disappointments allows me to shrug off little things like that.
I wasn't as mad as lots of people, but the show actually cut out potential character stuff time to focus on MYSTERIES and I wound up wishing they'd given a heads up about the mystery stuff because it was bullshit. It was a pain to follow but if I knew it didn't matter I wouldn't have bothered to try.
>Feet size comparison
I didnt know i wanted this. Bless you boybox.
That's understandable. Seems like the show would have been better served if more focus had been put into one or the other. Make the mystery stuff matter, or use that time for character development.
Still think with better vision and a third season they could've done both. But hey, I'm not a writer. As it's been pointed out, it's not easy work.
>implying his sausage doesn't plump into a footlong when you cook it
>tfw classic multiplayer beat em up with Dipper, Mabel, Stan, Soos and Wendy as playable characters
Not posting the superior version, for shame.
But on a serious note, how long will /gfg/ last before the /MODS/ deem it bannible?
Pain to follow? The mysteries in gravity falls are very very simple. Kids understand them. A few big questions with a few big answers. And a bunch of little questions, many of which are made up by the fans and not the show
Dead threads. Dead show.
Shouldn't this place be a party till the finale?
Holy shit these generals are dead, did the last ep kill the hype that badly?
Oh well POSTING SOUTH KOREA'S OFFICIAL SHIP.
짚신도 짝이 있다:
With the way the real ending's been shaping up, I'm hella pissed we didn't get the Twin peaks ending.
If you pretend the episodes after DaMvtF didn't happen he's a pretty great villain though.
That would probably be the most devastating series finale ever if they'd only stopped it right there.
>mfw it ends like this, cuts to black and followed by the words
Directed By Gen Urobuchi
You could watch the first episode for yourself or something instead of coming to the people who drive you away for their opinions.
Is it true that the real reason Alex quit was because the fan we're over analyzing the episode giving EVERYTHING away?
Absolutely not. You see, if you watch all the episodes of Gravity Falls and still don't like it, then you die. It's a curse, like in The Ring.
Nah, go for it. Tune out the fandom and see for yourself. Most find at least some enjoyment in it, and at worst, you've lost a little time.
>Dipper vs Manliness is way better than Love God
I wholeheartedly disagree, but I respect your opinion.
Pyronica's plenty lewd. Only good thing about these eps.
Skip The Love God, Dipper vs. Manliness, and Roadside Attraction and stop watching at Dipper and Mabel vs. the Future. There are some good things about 2B. But so far, the finale arc isn't one of them.
Also DaMvtF is on its own a top ten or top five episode. Which is probably why people feel so let down after W II:EfR.
Have some vore waifu.
Does anyone have an animated .gif or webm of her dancing the Charleston? That was my favorite part of the last episode.
>people actually saying to stop watching after NWHS or DaMvtF
Jesus, Escape from Reality was not that good, but not so bad as to drop the show right before ending. Maybe I'm too optimistic, but I think we can still get a great ending.
You know, it's weird.
I definitely enjoyed watching Weirdmageddon Part I at the time, but I was nervous about a few things, like the wheel not coming into play,
Mabel being captured/passive, the purpose of the bubble, Bill doing stupid stuff, and Gideon.
After watching Weirdmageddon II, Part I looks even better as an episode on its own, since it did have a lot of great moments.
On the other hand, Part II confirmed everything I was worried about.
Say this last episode had a satifying emotional conclusion to the Dipper and mabel fight, the bubble was great and there was a good reason for Bill to make it, Bill had a Keikaku level Master Plan that made sense of his seeming dumb mistakes,
Mabel had a satisfying character moment where she dealt with her issues and got to be awesome, the wheel had an explanation that made sense, all of that. Then, Weirdmageddon Part I would be really good. Instead, none of those things happened and we got more stupidity, like no one noticing the apocalypse is in a tiny little bubble.
I'd say it's good as a stand alone but knowing what comes next grates at me.
In my case, I had pretty high expectations for the season finale that were confirmed at first, then Part II dehyped me and felt like it dialed down the stakes to a crazy degree. I rewatched the episode and it's not bad own its own, it just fails to capitalize on the crazy momentum the show built. I hope the last episode is good and it might make me change my mind, but I'm trying to go into it not expecting anything rather than being hyped now, that's all.
This is probably the best we're ever gonna get on that front.
Guys what episode has the best Gravity Feels? I'm going to have to go with Weirdmageddon !!. The flashback scene had some awesome Gravity Feels and great continuity.
You know, I don't even care who Dipper ends up with, as long as he gets some. After everything that happened, nigga deserves some pussy.
Even Mabel had her first kiss already, Dipper can't stay behind.
>right amount of chub
I like his anything goes personality. I'd bang him all night
provided he took a shower first.
Am I the only one who'd bang this hot chub despite the fact that his voice when he orgasms can potentially make my ears bleed and shatter glass.
His Southern drawl is a turn off, plus the fact that his son is a little shit
Provided he grows up, he would still have that shitty personality and he would grow up to be a Jerry Falwell looking motherfucker.
Well He's no Gompers that's for sure.
Why does this picture do things to me that others can't?

Some Anon had a dream where The Author of the Journals, Stans Brother came back through the portal and turned out to be named Pepsi Max. Several anons forced the meme.
