If you want to read about Damian, at the very least, start with Morrison's Batman and Robin, then go into Tomasi's New 52 Batman and Robin, and then finally read this book: Gleason's Robin: Son of Batman.

Man i loved this series there wasnt a single issue that i disliked, damian is constantly showing character development and growth in every comic, the art is fantastic and the story fits with his persona perfectly only bad thing about this is that it ended.

I'm pleasantly surprised with Gleason's writing. Artist to writer can be a bumpy transition (See Tony Daniel or like 50 other examples), but fuck Pat's just nailing it. I love this book.

Yeah. He does the character interactions well and I'm enjoying the plot so far. There are some pacing issues where he doesn't give things enough time to breath (like the last issue), but I think that's better than the decompressed mess you see everywhere else.

The plot's the least interesting thing about the book but I still love it.
There's some evil guy who hates the Al Ghuls? Maybe some demon shit mixed in there too? Whatever, more Damian and Goliath adventures.

Also I dig how it looks like Goliath is set to be Damian's Charizard, and just be on the bench hanging out until he needs him.

This issue is full of amazing moments which makes Damian just so lovable. Also him asking for forgiveness. It’s so nice to see the character development of Damian.
