In this ITT: post the EXACT moment a series peaked
>someone else realizes that the Book 2 finale was the high point of Avatar
10/10 monologue, best moment of the series.
>Azula one shots Aang with lightening and ends with main characters retreating in utter defeat
Honestly I'd agree there
I think it'd been somewhat downhill since. Don't know what's changed but the show just doesn't really seem up my street anymore for some reason. I still watch because of the story and how close we are to the end but I've been pretty disengaged in recent episodes. The dialogue and humour rarely click with me now too.
Don't really know how to put it in to words, the story and premise are pretty cool but everything else feels meh
For me it isn't really just filler, it's the show itself. Don't know, think I've changed. I still find it interesting like I said but I've not massively invested in the past few episodes even though it's where shit got serious. Like I said a lot of things just don't click with me anymore with GF
>not picking the scene where Slade rape-strips Raven and shows her visions of her worst nightmares
Come on /co/ you are better than this
>Show punching bag finally wins
Literally the perfect final episode, the movie would be ok to follow afterwards as that had little to do with Squidward and gave endings to Spongebob, Patrick and Plankton.
>Tries to help the city and use Vanessa as a way to somewhat live a normal life
>Everything goes to shit
>Decides to stop fucking around
>Immediately kicks in a plan that frees him, BTFOs the police, and shows his incredible sense of precision and calculation
I loved how they did that with the Kingpin. It's almost a backwards way from the comics, but it seriously shows what he's capable of.
