ETERNALS THREAD!
Post anything at all about the eternals.
If they were to get a new series what creative team would you want on it.
Chi Demon...
More like Semon Demon

My dream team is Hickman/Weaver although I'd also be cool with Acuna as long as he doesn't get to redesign them.

Si Spurrier
Tradd Moore
I want to see if they could vibe and keep the cosmic space mythology thing going.
Literal who's that will probably get a movie and everyone will love after that.

>If they were to get a new series what creative team would you want on it.
James Robinson & Jason Aaron joint writing for the first arc and then just Aaron onward.
First arc will resolve the Eternals stuff left up in the air in All New Invaders. Aarkus will be a ongoing cast member.
Olivier Coipel on art.
And Sersi will have the outfit pictured here and in OP's image and will be very sex-ed up thru the whole series.

poor man's Inhumans
>>77664736
>Tradd Moore

Poor man's X-Men
>>77664761
>not reading Kirby's Eternals
What's it like being a casual that complains about other people being casuals?
Don't mind me, just best Eternal passing by.
>>77665383
but he is right. Eternals are obscure characters
Also, how many people actually read Kamandi?
>>77665330
pmfff. Inhumans suck
>>77664804
No no no no. Fuck Robinson
And really? Aaron? Do you want Wacky Adventures of Eternals?
>>77665960
>Fuck Robinson
Why?
>>77665960
>Aaron? Do you want Wacky Adventures of Eternals?
I want a Eternals book with the scope, scale, tone, and epicness of God Butcher / God Bomb.
>>77665330
Kill yourself.

>I want a Eternals book with the scope, scale, tone, and epicness of God Butcher / God Bomb.
If you wanted all of that, you wouldn't want Aaron.
Robinson, is a fanboy, but he is a meh writer.
He spents too much time wanking with his nerd knowledge instead of writing an interesting story.
Hickman, for all his flaws, would be better than the two.

>I've never read Starman
>I've never read The Golden Age
>>77666462
I've read Starman, but it was long ago.
Have you read Robinson's FF? It was super mediocre.
>>77665919
I can understand not reading Kamandi (though you should, it's really good). But his Fourth World Saga, Eternals and Fantastic Four are kinda must reads. I'd put Devil Dinosaur, Kamandi, and OMAC as just being one run below them.
But even if you haven't read them, most people that are into Big 2 comics should at least be familiar with Kamandi and the Eternals even if they haven't actually read them. Kirby has much more obscure comics than those.
>>77666462
Robinson's Starman is one of my favorite comic runs, period, but in the last few years he's been SUPER hit-or-miss. For every first dozen issues of Earth-2, we get Cry for Justice.
>>77666496
But that's the thing, people know that Kirby created Eternals, but rarely you will find someone who actually read them. Kamandi is also good.
>>77666718
Anon, pls stop. Don't remind me that this exists.
>>77666764
It wasn't that bad. It's funny. I used to hate Austen, but comparing him to current Marvel, Austen is actually enjoyable.
>>77666718
Everything about this felt like an Avatar Press comic, but with Marvel names.

...You know what, you're right.
