The PC principal is a pedo theory is getting more and more concrete.
If you notice during the first episode Cartman was trying to frame PC principal for "touching Butter's wee wee", but the guy used his PC powers to ignore the issue at hand and beat the shit out of Cartman.
The picture with PC principal playing with Leslie shows they've been in a relationship at some point, that's why he was freaked out when he saw that picture as an ad.
Every time PC principal was telling her to shut up is because he was trying to stop her true nature, she was shilling whatever product she was trying to sell every time she opened her mouth, and somehow, when she's doing that. she can also reveal her past. PC principals tries to tell Leslie to shut up so nobody knows about his relationship with her, but now ads are becoming harder to avoid and the truth is going to be revealed.
