indeed. Froideval (writer) was the editor of Casus Belli, the main tabletop rpg magazine in France.

On a sidenote, the artist (Ledroit) made a pretty metal comic about a vampire in hell. Like the Dark Moon Chronicles, it has been accused of converting teens to satanism.
