Clarence is hilarious autism, though I was exagerating a bit when I said that. Characters are just kinda weird in how they act sometimes but it is still very fun to watch a lot of the time, and a good amount of episodes really evoke memories and feelings of youth and childhood times with the stuff the characters do.

Harvey Beaks is just a comfy show with a bunch of animal kids in a woodland town having their own little adventures and whatnot. Also can evoke childhood feelings, which I'd assume the other anon was referencing, but they're kinda different in nature. Both shows are worth a watch, in my opinion.
