Drinkable Dust should mold one drinkers aura that grant a Semblance power according to the dust types.

For example, Green Dust potion will able to grant you a Wind-related Semblance for amount of time. Red Dust grants Fire-related Semblance, Blue Dust grants you Water-Related Semblance, etc.

The drawbacks that it's use owner's Aura in a large amount than usual. So after the effects run out, the person will greatly exhausted, especially for a normal person.

The more you get addicted with Dust Drink, the more you get easily exhausted.

Ineventually, extensive use of those drink will cause really nasty side effect in accordance of dust type that they've drunk.
For Example : Red Dust, which grants you Fire-related Semblance, will cause internal combustion on user's body. Earth type dust, will cause the users body gradually wrinkle and dry, and eventually turned into sand.

Winter and the Schnees in general, Weiss included, seem to be pretty fucking weird people. Winter's harsh about performance and is probably holding herself and Weiss to some ridiculous standard of behavior the rest of their family forced on them. But she does seem actually concerned about how Weiss has been doing over her performance once the topic moves.

It's actually kind of up in the air for me and it all depends on whether Winter is concerned for Weiss, or for her own/family's reputation if Weiss isn't doing well. In the former she just has problems expressing concern and care (Not surprising given their upbringing) but if the latter then she's... well, kind of a huge bitch. I don't think it's likely, Weiss is also sort of awkward with her but she obviously does like Winter and wants to be with her.

Well, if nothing else, Winter definitely seems to enjoy fighting, going by her expressions during her scrap with Qrow.
