The entire movie would have been better if they had established in the beginning that Ultron is just delusional and crazy. The weird way he talks, the fact that his motivation keeps changing, not bothering to leave behind a backup in case all the robots on the flying city died, the plan to kill everyone with a "meteor" he'd have to build and then lift manually instead of any number of pre-existing WMD options...

Comic Cap has done some pretty impressive feats of strength.
