The baby continues
>>77430798
Well, he's 60% right.
Holly seemed pretty mad at endtown as a whole when she left.although he tried to rescue her he didn't actually do it well, how hard would it have been to get the dittos, which are proven to be OP, to mount a rescue? Hindsight, eh Wally?
>>77430831
yea but considering who was backing Jack Rabbit's little plot, using dittos might not have been wholly effective against the true OP shit of Endtown
>>77430798
>Don't want to bring up the baby.
>Make a craddle for her to sleep in.
>>77430798
Kirbee covers her mouth alot when she hears bad things.
>>77430965
Thats one weird lookign craddle.
>>77431177
I don't know, toddler bed then?
>>77431013
Nothing ruins a dramatic moment like your five meter long tongue flopping out of your mouth onto the ground.

>Ruins everything he touches.
>Leo and that other guy.
>Flask's mission.
>That "non-lethal" catapult.
>Allie.
>Endtown's government.
>Holly's heart.
>Unity, just that entire area.
Shit, he's right! Run Kirbee he's getting worse! Use your lizard gliding powers!
Now that Kirbee sort of knows what's happening with Holly, I think she's going to extend the olive branch and try forgiving her for what happened earlier.
Maybe then Holly will stop treating Kirbee like a piece of shit. Maybe.

Here's the not-small version.

Hey cool, thanks Wally, just tell everyone my shit while I'm asleep. Why don't you make a pamphlet and just start passing it out?
>>77432499
It's that or she's learned it's the best way to make sure she doesn't burst out laughing.
>>77432741
That's what I do. I learned the hard way.

Don't forget about that teacher!

Hey everyone! It's time for an update:
>After much contemplation I decided to give the Speed stat a new feature: Contortion. Simply put you can squeeze through openings fit for a smaller size class. Technically anyone can squeeze but people with speed 7-10 gain a bonus to such rolls.
>In that vein class sizes have been expanded abit, mostly just recommending to pose size related issues to players like high ledges or small passages.
>Also, full body armor is restricted to medium size classes unless altered and contortion is impossible wearing it. You ever see a class 4 suit for a midget?! Course not.
>Cats get a bonus to contort. Floating clavical is back.

Oh I think Holly's apology extended to Chic and Kirbee as well. She crashed pretty hard, but once shge's back on her feet (Monday), I think she'll start opening up about her past.
I do like the fact that Kirbee seems ge3nuinely concerned for Holly's well being.
>>77433805

Brilliant.
>>77432713
She almost got them killed for a brain in a jar she thinks is her baby, I think its appropriate.
>>77430798
So I binged Endtown over the past two days. Initial thoughts;
-Strong opening with slight pacing problems. -Needed a tiny bit more comic relief, by the end of the Al and Gustine arc I was exhausted.
-Sparkplug is still probably the villain that has evoked the most emotion out of me.
-Not having Doctor Mallard be involved in what happened to Flask seems like a waste, but all and all I liked her resolution more than I thought I would.
-I like how the rats transition from a joke to a real force slowly and subtly,
-Marx is weird, I'm okay with the Dittos since the Topsiders are so pervasive that the mutants need SOMETHING to make the story possible.
-I liked Allgood better as Jackrabbit's foil than his patsy, but their debates were the best part of the arc. I like how neither point was portrayed as outright evil, just a legitimate dilemma for a society like this.
-Ditching the election seems like a waste of a potentially great plotline. I was legitimately excited to see Bear Mayor stepping up but then it turned into "representative democracy is the devil.". A mayoral election in a post-apocalyptic society isn't something I've seen before while wandering in an endless wasteland is.
-Sarah should've stuck around as a potential returning threat. I dug the lizard arc, though, even if no one mentioned the irony of Allgood maybe having a point about what happens if you get too okay with eating your own byproducts.
-I miss the giant monsters, I feel like we could take a break from Topsiders and have them be the big threat that pushes everyone to keep moving once in a while.
Now that I look at this, it seems pretty negative, huh. Anyway I really enjoyed the comic, warts and all, especially the visual style. This guy can do amazing things with ink and shading, and can tell a really gripping story in a genre I normally only really enjoy with a grain of salt.
Here are some Grimes lyrics:
"Baby, believe me,
And you had every chance
You destroy everything you love
(Uncontrollable)
If you don't need me
Just let me go"
>Baby
>You had every chance to destroy everything that you love
>Uncontrollable
>If you don't need me, just let me go
HOLY FUCK WHAT DOES IT ALL MEAN
does Grimes know the true fate of Endtown??

Ok why isn't Wally making a car out of those dittos that were enough to build a bridge out of?
Also since they can form solid surfaces, maybe they can makesoftsurfaces?maybe they saved Sparkplug?
>>77439087
>I was legitimately excited to see Bear Mayor stepping up
We're going back to Endtown soon(ish), it seems.
>Sarah should've stuck around as a potential returning threat
It's implied she will. We never really see her getting killed and Aaron himself said that her main thing is "being a survivor".
>I miss the giant monsters
Yeah, me too. I'm a bit disappointed that we havent seen the dragon mutants either.
Good to see Endtown getting recognized.

>Ok why isn't Wally making a car out of those dittos that were enough to build a bridge out of?
He only just figured out that he can make physical structures; a car probably isn't too far off.

They could be less of a threat than you believe.

Because he needs to think more creatively.

>Holly and Wally out for a spin in The Great Waste. Will Endtown survive long enough for me to get around to depicting this kind of madness in the strip? Only time will tell..
SOON
>>77430798
With Holly and Chic lying in the bed it really shows how weak Holly really is.
I don't think she's normally like that but then again she might be.
So mutants can give birth to mutants that aren't the same species as them (IE Chic was the child of two lizard mutants). If immunity to the mutagenic virus is genetic, then does that mean two mutants who have recessive immunity genes for the virus can give birth to a typhoid mary?
>>77448051
also, besides the possibility of turning into something similar to oscar, the worm, or cooper, whats wrong with mutating into an anthro?
The only downsides are mainly physical (aka height, having fur, dietary changes, voice). But besides that not much.
Schism syndrome only seems to happen when people reject being anthro. Gustine was on the verge because she was worried Al wasn't in love with her after mutating, Linda was a topsider who wouldn't be able to see her son anymore, and Jim got keked after only mutating so he could stay with Sarah.
>>77448108
You'd be a furry.
>>77430798
Chic apparently forgave her pretty quickly. Though I suppose he's pretty used to quarreling parents and threats of physical abuse.
