Morty's voice is great for Morty.

He's a peevish, nervous naive teenager. It fits very well.

You like him IN SPITE of that because he has his moments and shows potential.

He'll never be as smart as Rick, but he's still way smarter than Jerry (but then, Jerry is an idiot) and he also in his way, has very strong principles like Rick (more in altruistic directions) and he has a fair amount of grit, too. Naturally a lot of it is resourcefulness and such he picked up from Rick, but a fair amount would also be having about a quarter of what makes Rick great, and a fair helping of the strange, surprising "cornered animal/rabbit" aspect of Jerry, in that both can come out swinging when you don't expect it.

(His Mom and summer have that too, but that's kind of a "Rick thing" in Beth's case).

Its the autistic fanbase that annoys me. Some people will never stop sucking this show’s dick
