Well all they had for direction was some shitty comicbook done by Marvel. It was inevitable.

I felt that for a bunch of fucking college-age nerds to need this kid to come in and tell them how to build suits was weird.

Also, everyone except Hiro and Baymax felt underused in the extreme. I understand they only had so much time to work with, but for all the emphasis they put on the other characters, it felt like they were just kind of there.

Also, I expected a Stan Lee cameo and was both not disappointed and totally disappointed.

Eh, decent. Somewhat better than Megamind (Though at least the villain in that was interesting and not bland as shit like the guy in BH6.) but nowhere in hell as good as The Incredibles. I just can't find myself to fully enjoy it knowing it has Man of Action's scent on it.

Fucking bullshit it's getting a world in Kingdom Hearts 3 before much longer-awaited and more interesting worlds like Robin Hood or Emperor's New Groove, despite barely being a year old.

Well, given that Hiro's last name is Hamada we can assume his dad was Japanese. And his aunt is a white gal, so we can safely assume it was her sister who married Hamada sr. and had Tadashi and Hiro. There is a possibility that the boys were adopted, but I think it's more likely that they're just interracial.

I also once had an idea of a Youtube miniseries that's meant to be an in-universe Youtube series with Hiro working with different friends on various tech projects, usually with Hiro getting carried away with the idea and sometimes his cohost of the week getting carried away with him (like he and Fred doing Gunplay then deciding to arm it with real weapons). Final episode would have revealed the show was originally going to be done with him and Tadashi and would have been a 'leaked pilot' where the two of them build a small robot together.

Really good build-up, eh last half. And you have this problem where the other four members as an ensemble just serve the same role as Baymax, where they're there to help Hiro move on from a loved one's death. But they're so disconnected from the big developments of this. It comes close when they prevent him from committing revenge, but then Baymax takes Hiro miles away where they can't be important.
