Going by what Hasbro did with EQG (adults having the exact same doll body as the non-adults), it'd probably just be recolors of the Blythe doll, or something similar to it.

Personally I think you could slip in Cupet 2.0 towards the end and not really change anything. Something like Sunil/Pepper or Vinnie/Minka could probably become cannon without changing how said characters would interact with one another on an episode by episode basis.
