Why doesn't Bill just possess one of the animatronics or anything else vaguely human shaped?
To the anon being worried about the "Burning Pine" tapestry prediction
before we got nuked
Don't worry anon, Alex would never harm Dipper in any wa...
>"You don't know what you're up against, you'll meet a fate worse than you can imagine"
Well... now that I think about it...
>Alex during the guest appearance in the Simpsons podcast
>"I deliver, time to bust some skulls. No one lives forever, kids. Grow up. Get some chest hair, babies."
Time to panic
Bill didn't go into the puppet, Dipper did. Dipper isn't whatever the hell kind of demon Bill is, so he doesn't need to worry about those kinds of rules, just like how a human could break into any house he wants.
Can't kill pure energy, baby!
I've seen a lot of people saying Fez Stan is Stanley and have been pretending to be Stanford, while the real one went through the portal. But I don't think that's right.
Portal Stan has six fingers. If Fez Stan was pretending to be Portal Stan, explaining away your extra digits missing is pretty difficult. Surgery doesn't explain zero scars.
It's likely Stanford has always been Stanford, and faked Stanley's death when he went through the portal. He could easily forge the will so the shack goes to him, if he needed.
Not particularly pertinent to the major plot, but no one seemed to contest this
It's not like it particularly matters which one is Stanley or Stanford. Grunkle Stan is almost always referred to as just Stan anyway. Unless it turns out one of them is the grandfather in which case an identity swap would mean Grunkle Stan is actually their grandpa. I'm leaning toward there being an unimportant third sibling who is the grandparent though.
Alex said that he was going to crush everybodies theories with the next episode, and with pretty high confidence to boot, so I think maybe he is sending us on a wild goose chase with the Stanford/Stanley theory
>Stan Pines dead
>Everybody thinks it's a fake death
>Turns out the car crash death was actually legit
Because Disney are assholes who want to wait til summer because kids are out of school then. I can't imagine waiting until summer will actually increase the ratings that much more but whatever.
Dipper and Mabel's parents "don't know stan well", didn't drive the kids up there, and only tal;k to him on the phone. The Author was a recluse who didn't have 6 fingers as a kid.
The extra fingers are a non-issue
>the portal is a portal to the afterlife
>They call each other "poindexter" and "knucklehead" exclusively.
>6tan loses faith in 5tan and stops trusting him.
>6tan about to enter the portal.
Remember what Stan said in his mind:
>"Word to the wise kid, we're in the mind, ANYTHING is possible here."
Maybe the portal doesn't lead to a place, but to the Dreamscape which doesn't have material form, maybe it's a conflux of impulses and thoughts, just like the human mind. Maybe if you enter it, whatever you imagine, be it as insignificant as Stan's Pitt soda, or conjuring up a whole universe. The thing is though, it's just that, an idea, it needs to manifest into material form. That's why Bill can't have direct control over stuff in Gravity Falls because he exists only in the Dreamscape, you need a vessel to interact with the material world.
>"How can you stop me kid, if you don't exist"
Dipper's soul is just that, a mess of energy, in other words, memories of who he thinks he is, without a body, his soul is just a drop in the ocean that is the Dreamscape
The Portal manual pages said that, it was meant to create knowledge. Just like the "Infinite monkey theorem", the Dreamscape probably holds infinite ideas/combinations, and with that also infinite knowledge.
The total destruction warning, wasn't in the sense that it would blow up the world, but rather if that ancient/forbidden knowledge got into wrong hand, they could use it to take over or destroy the universe.
I believe the theory that Bill tricked the author into building the portal, planning to use it for his own gain
>>That guy last thread
The tree in Soos' yard thats all burnt up is not the same as the tree the time consortium disintegrated.
Also you think those guys would not go around shooting shit up in the past if time anomalies ruffle their feathers so hard.
What if grandma Pines wasnt abandoned by her husband, but actually was
killed, maybe by Bill posessing Stan >I didnt kill my wife, it was the one eyed man!
They were probably aware that the Blind Eye existed at the time they shot the tree, or the dunk tank at the fair, so if the people saw something the society would just make them forget. It was the stuff from way back (the calculator being seen 150 years ago, for one) that ruffled their feathers.
Butterfly effect man. Destroy a tree in Soos' yard, a treehouse is never built, Soos' son never gets his first kiss in that treehouse and ends up NTRd, the son marries the worst girl. Thus instead of being the grandfather of the 54th president of the USA Soos is the grandfather of some deep sea salt raker, future is completely different without his leadership
Disney probably won't let Bill go full Bill.
I think the gifs are fine as they are.
Anyone else notice some parallels between McGucket and Dipper?
In Little Gift Shop of Horrors, Dipper pretty much plays the role of McGucket in the Abaconings short. He assisted a genius researcher (Waddles/Stanley), thus splitting him from someone close to them (Mabel/Stanford) in order to create a machine that would benefit all of mankind (Knowledge machine/Portal). Since Stan was telling the story, the ending was what he wished would happen (Stanley shuts down the machine to spend more time with his brother), instead of what actually happened: Stanley ditched him to gain knowledge, and it all went wrong.
And in the Blind Eye, McGucket mentions seeing the same things as Dipper: the gnomes ("little men"), the Gobblewonker/Island Head Beast ("something big in the lake") and the Summerween Trickster ("I stole a hat from a scarecrow!").
>no gravity falls until september
>game of thrones already leaked for this month
>star episodes are just as rare as gravity falls
For whatever reason, the hiatuses are hitting me much harder this year. Two out of three of my favorite /co/-related shows won't really get the ball rolling until September or so.
Star Wars Rebels will be doing something around May though, so that will lessen the pain.
But we don't see Fingers having 5 of them explicitly, because he is always grabbing somthing when he is shown, ie. The swing, the book, the door of the reasearch shack.
Polydactily is present on twins if they are identical, which is a plausible explanation for why Fez doesn't have 6 also.
I guess it meant that you could, according to your theory, create something that theoretically could destroy the universe, but I have another; the portal is used to create wormholes adn travel trough the universe, creating important astrophysics knowledge.
That's why gravity falls when the portal is operational. Acoording to the relativity theory when gravity is affected by a time-space deformation (like a wormhole) the gravity deforms as well as it is a time-space funtion and the gravity around the portal goes to where the portal is heading. Fingers wasn't trapped in an AU, but in another planet and that is consistent whith the whole ayyliums endgame thing, and it's very likely that the bottomless pit is result of the operation of another portal 30 yeara ago.
He could get into the puppet because he made a deal for one of the puppets in the room. Yeah, he chose Dipper first, but he could've theoretically used anyone. Mabel still has the one puppet that survived, so he still can get into that one as well. That might come back.
>very likely that the bottomless pit is result of the operation of another portal 30 yeara ago.
I think this was in the lore pile.
Also, I wonder if the portal dumped him in the future after the Apocalypse, and he's come back to warn/prepare the pines family after gathering info.
Also, I just love this take on 6tan's life:
>yfw this was foreshadowing his suicide
No hate, man, someone's gotta look out for overprotective moms who would get the show canceled without a busybody like you. Tell us your secrets.
What's the weirdest thing you've seen censored? As in 'why does anyone care if this gets shown?'
>star episodes are just as rare as gravity falls
What are you talking about? We've been getting new episodes on a weekly basis ever since the premier.
It's kind of funny how their original concept of Season 2 implied Wendy was going to be more important, and now fucking Pacifica is a more developed and relevant character than her. Do you think they'll still try to salvage her, or is it too late for that?
We had to remove a gag from a popular sitcom about a brand... let's call it 'not-ACME' to call it something. So the characters go into the 'not-ACME' store to buy not-ACME products and every single thing has the not-ACME logo and the same wrapper color, and they're all bad quality.
And that apparently would be a no-go in some countries because it exemplifies some shit about how manufacturism is the root of all evil... I still don't understand the reason but that was on one of the first days of my job so I didn't get the full scope. But it was basically an ACME joke.
And things get less cancelled over overprotecting moms than because it would cause an uproar overseas or to other cultures than anything else, though it doesn't stop suburban white mothers from fucking contacting us. You'll notice that when they succeed, they go after distributioners (EX. those moms who got BrBa toys pulled from toys-r-us) and not against productions (No mom ever managed to get a tv show off any channel).
It's very likely that is the case, and that would scientifically explain why the pit returns to the start. Its an anomaly that fixed itself
Anon is just assuming the worst case scenario of Disney letting the hiatus last that long since Summer technically doesn't end until the end of September. I doubt they'd let it go on like that, since the point of the hiatuses is to find the periods with best ratings, and June/July/August get the best ratings.
Anon is just assuming that because people are allowed to not release things even though they "promise" that something will come out at some point in time that those things will not come out at the point in time they "promise"
everything related to pinecest is shit
So I just watched the last episode and that bullshit about Stan's brother ended up canon after all
Fuck you all
But mostly fuck you all
>And things get less cancelled over overprotecting moms than because it would cause an uproar overseas or to other cultures than anything else,
Youre telling me
Shit. Will do. Well, here's hoping I get a good run. They're only 10.99 or something like that and I got free 2 day shipping so it's not that bad if they're fugly. I probably will still order Stan just to get Bill just not until next check.
I read a bunch of
Pinecest ficsbut I've kind of started scraping the Bottom of the barrel there. Once you exhaust Coniferous, Double, and Needle's work, there's scant few authors worth their salt.
unfortunately not the same anon. I haven't seen any decent Wendy fics, most are aged-up or just bad. I think the best one I've seen is the reverse falls where Wendy/Soos is 12 and the twins are 15, but that is nothing but shipteasing, so not unlike the show.
Doesn't help that I think Wendy is a shit.
Well if you don't mind pinecest, then allow me to direct you over to this fellow.
He has a terrible update schedule and a hard time finishing stories sometimes, but he really captures the twins well. the Mystery Twins sequence is his first fan fiction and it really shows, though I still enjoy it.
Dream journal and his prompt fics are all pretty consistently great. My favorite story of his is "Expired Apple Juice" and his collaborative fic with Tat-Buns is pretty solid too.
>tried to murder half of the main characters
>tried to eat Soos
>destroyed large swathes of the town with his creations
>created a secret society that wound up giving most of Gravity Falls titanic brain damage
If this is what the lab assistant is like, I shudder to think of how big a jerk the Author will be.
thanks for your approval of that ancient post, new tripfag
bc he wants to
fuckhim upnot kill him
You're welcome anon
They are both grabbing the swings, as I mentioned earlier, there might be an inconsistecy about which one is his extra finger, as in the scene where he is holding the book it might be his thumb, and in the swing it may be his littlefinger.
>nothing but shipteasing
>Soos straight-up murders a swarm of fairies
>Solitary Confinement Pool Kid is now Gollum
>The Dream Hipster Chapter
>Hobgoblins getting high on psychiatric medication
I'm almost glad you lied to me, anon.
>game of thrones leaked nearly its entire season
since gravity falls is confirmed done... what if someone leaked the rest of gravity falls with the exception of the last episode or two? would you still binge watch it knowing you might have to wait for over a year until a new GF episode? even if the rip quality of the episodes was shoddy and it had hardcoded moonrune subs and shit?
i meant season 2 is finished
though alex said s2 might be the last unless there is a movie
dunno where there was a tweet from a staff or someone who said it.. fuck i hate how its hard to find previous threads because of the lack of coordination in the generals and "previous thread" links
>fuck i hate how its hard to find previous threads because of the lack of coordination in the generals and "previous thread" links
We used to have them, but the hotpockets banned generals, so we have to make do with these NotGenerals instead.
I'd binge watch it, even in 144p and with moonrunes that take up a third of the screen. I need it like a drug, man.
Of course, I'd be super careful about not spoiling it for people who want to wait, and watch it when it actually airs, so Disney can still have muh ratings, but yeah. Leaked episodes would be a wet dream come true.
yea thats waht i mean, when we had the generals usually the OP linked back to the previous thread, which likewise had a link to the thread before it and so on. along with /gfg/ in the title so it was easier to find the archive. for the last month though we mostly have our discussions in completely random GF threads that start with a question and so it can be hard to remember what specific thread and conversation happened where.
but to answer my own question originally... yeah, i'd definitely binge watch that shit. grab all the episodes available from the mega links with my eyes squinted to look at the thread as little as possible until ive watched them all. then i start using pivotal and crucial spoiler scenes as reaction images commonly across the site lel
Have some faith in humanity, I'm sure that the fandom would be mature and responsible about the leaked episodes-
>then i start using pivotal and crucial spoiler scenes as reaction images commonly across the site lel
Nevermind. You're right about the legions of dunderheads.
I wish I was shitposting, I'm actually serious about this.
She's all I've been thinking about all day.
Yeah, I've seen a few episodes featuring her. She seems like an alright character, I'm not sure what the order is though. In one episode she was being a complete cunt while in the other she was showing a compassionate side in her mansion house party shit.
>>if you're just going to shitpost about 'pacifica a best' all the time, then no. That position already has more occupants than it needs.
The more the merrier. I for one welcome our Pacificuck overlords.
Did you prefer Alpha Bitch Paz or Deredere Paz?
Her last name is Paz? How Spanish.
I prefer the bitchy side, sassy girls are fun.
I'll try watching the show from the start now, people have been telling me the Illuminutty shit is actually pretty fun.
On another note, was the pilot for this show ever found?
With anime, I get it. It's always cute and somewhat realistic. With mabel, you might as well be masturbating to a bean.
The night before NMM, I can't sleep because thinking a lot of headcanon that can be happening when the episode aired. I'm more than happy how it turned out because
dipper doesn't completely blown by his ego considering how much he hates northwest family and when they come for help he doesn't go full of himself and still keep his character as a professional paranormal investigator And that hug as a bonus
Fuck you, now I'm imagining a bunch of guys frantically jacking it to lima beans while yelling Mabel's name.
I spat all over my keyboard.
On another note, demure Pacifica was cute.
Because Bill is a 'dream demon'. His vessel must have a brain for him to inhabit.
I really hate when people overestimate Bill. He's a 'dream demon'. Not some Being from another dimension.
Good watch, but again, it's over thinking it.
I get that Bill's a big bad, he's certainly no slouch, but I have a suspicion that he's one of many.
I'm not too well versed in Twin Peaks lore, how would one relate Bill to the Black and White Lodges?
Throughout the ama he keeps on referring to 'my dimension this' and 'my dimension that' that's obviously not the main dimension of gravity falls. Plus on Alex's soundcloud account he makes a mention of being able to travel through lots of different dimensions.
>welcome to the mindscape
I guess this meant the mindscape was not a whole different world, but a shadow world parallel to the normal world.
If the portal sent Pepsi Max to the mindscape, this could mean he was a ghost looking over his brother an family for the pat 30 years. But since he looked so roughed up and had that gun the portal must have went elsewhere.
>I'm the jester with no tears
>And I'm playing on your fears
>I'm a trickster smiling underneath this mask of love and death
>The eternal lie I've told
>About the pyramids of gold
>I've got you hooked at every turn your money's left to burn
Okay, I just finished marathoning this show beginning to current like 5 minutes ago.
And now I am to understand there is a hiatus in effect?
What the fuck. I've never been in such a need to know more.
It lured me in with its coziness and good animation, and trapped me with mysteries and lore.
Also, this show rocks, I really like it.
>And now I am to understand there is a hiatus in effect?
You may have noticed that the thread might be slow, this is again, due to the hiatus. Some of the times anons gather 'round to talk about new theories and other stuff, mostly during night hours. Everybody is pretty bummed about the hiatus though.
Are you ready for this week's McGucket Season 2 Sunday Marathon?!
It's all fun and games until someone gets horrific, life-destroying, self-inflicted brain damage
God those memories really got me, nothing is more sad than an intelligent mind being broken by memory loss, intentional or otherwise. Sure, you wipe away the bad things you don't want to remember but you also wipe away yourself.
One thing about GF that has kept me watching is how they hide some seriously dark and sad details below silliness. I think he's probably the best case of this. If you've had a family member suffer from Alzheimer's this would hit hard regardless of his past transgressions.
Calling it now, we're getting a Dipper/Mabel vs. Bill 2-on-1 duel ala Darth Maul
Paz has to save the twins from the Temple of the Mad Gods when?
Official new content that helped tide us over in this hiatus:
>British Bill wheel analysis for kids YT vid
>Mabel boy reflection YT video
>a few Alex tweets
>Upcoming McGucket S2 commentary
Not really. Especially now that Betty's in Ooo and Simon can get sane again if they find a way to drain the crown of magic without killing him.
McGucket's mind is thoroughly fried and even after being shown who he was, it's clear that he's still very deranged and is not getting those 30 years with his wife and child back.
I don't know why, but the just plain "No" Alex gave to that guy really cracked me up.
>yfw Wendy is the character who dies
>yfw Pacifica replaces Wendy at the campfire scene in the intro
Just like it was hardcore wishful thinking when we all said Padippica was going to happen in Northwest Manor Mystery, right?
I got nothing against Padippica but replacing one character who had been way more involved with a minor character with couple of character building episode is pretty far out. Even if she does gain a bigger presence they're not about to replace the opening just for her. Might add her in but only as an addition.
Marrying Mabel will never happen sadly, but I could totally see Wendy being lightly implied as ending up with a woman, but loose enough to look like the other woman is just a bestie instead (to not offend the small-minded foreign viewers). No real chemistry with guys, seemingly.
wendy corduroy, the comfort and lover of Tambers after seemingly endless Robbie rape
>can't maintain long relationships with men
>never actually expressed an attraction to men in the show, like Mabel and friends have
>constantly stressed out by her redneck family
I wonder if Alex has the balls to do that. It doesnt have to outright Tambers crying about how Robbie violated her, we just have to start seeing her alone and looking very depressed into her phone, and never in the same place as Robbie.
It'd run contradictory to canon, since Robbie is under the effects of the love potion too and as the love god showed, they're powerful enough to even make natural enemies (snake and badger) fall in love with each other.
I mean it's hinted but a time skip with her married at all seems to be a bit of a stretch at most a situation like >>71207793 would most likely play out if they do go that route except the whole rape thing.
Why do people think Robbie is a rapist, is this a meme I missed out on? At worst he's petty and immature. He didn't even intend for the subliminal message to get into the song he made for Wendy.
This. She went out with that fuckboy Robbie just like that, clear sign of sexual confusion when you go out with any guy to fool yourself into thinking youre straight but youre not even straight enough to tell who is attractive and boyfriend material and who's not.
It's gotta run out sometime. It was either a "young love" or "summer love" potion. I hope the portal and it's gravity anomalies might have canceled it out, along with temporarily nulling the effects of a lot of other supernatural objects around Gravity Falls, like size crystals
>Why do people think Robbie is a rapist, is this a meme I missed out on? At worst he's petty and immature. He didn't even intend for the subliminal message to get into the song he made for Wendy.
If Robbie did intend to put that subliminal message in the song, do you really think he'd admit it?
That look he had when Dipper played the record with the backwards message wasn't a confused "wait, what's going on?" type look, it was a "oh fuck, I'm busted" kind of look.
One is trash, the other is garbage.
He professes that he just downloaded it off the internet. It could have just been a lie, but in any case, it's fishy because normal websites don't have those kind of sublimal messages in them. For all we know, it could be a website related to Gravity Falls like "Search for the Blindeye." Steven Universe did something similar where a tumblr where a person named Mr Gus created an original character for the show that was clearly based off himself. In episode a few weeks later had the character show up in the show, and he showed Steven the same OC he had made a few weeks prior to the episode airing.
Downloading it off the net was such an obvious lie, what is this,
tiggerwarning FOP. IIRC the disc itself looked evil, he had malicious intent.
He's a musician, to an extent, he'd have enough knowledge to do that and look out for mystic musical objects.
>IIRC the disc itself looked evil, he had malicious intent.
Robbie is 2edgy4u, so he probably just picked an edgy looking blank disk to burn the song onto.
Will we get Gravity Falls: The Other Dimension?
Eerie was more adventurous due to its episodic nature, so there are a huge host of ideas and situations to enjoy; you'll go "neat" more than once. Twin Peaks rested on this surreal, but ultimately singular, enterprise that you could take or leave since it's basically just ghosts, demons, and native american lore twisted through a surreal sense.
>yfw tambry and robbie break up because he start acting like a dick
>yfw wendy and tambry become best friends after talking shit about their ex and boys
>yfw wendy and tambry will become korrasami 2.0
I love these sketches.
he seems quite snappy at people lately
isnt his work on this show mostly done for this season?
I just woke up, so I don't care if I"m replying to an 8 hour old post. Also I'm guessing you want hyperviolent bill/dip Yaoi. Here's the one's I liked personally. I've been told I have shit tastes before and feel free to say it again.
>Bill saves the twins lives, then demands payment back in slavery
>not smut, but plenty of violence and neat demon deal shit
>Straight up necrophiliac smut. With Human!Bill and without
>also I've seen the author's other work, "Codependence" passed around here
>bill vs dipper in a cat and mouse chase, Non smut
>Still fun to read if a hyperviolent groundhog day scenario sounds fun
Alex is pre-op trans so he still has a period and all, the moodiness is understandable. Manzii is VERY kinky, guess she's chose Alex to appease one of her fetishes (twincest, bara, the crazy crap that comes with BillDip territory...)
Anon, I'd recommend going outside. Try going to the park and taking a walk. Maybe have a conversation with someone about the weather. Anything other than watched torrented porn 24/7.
I really want a tender moment between Dipper and Stan like this. Even if Dipper knows Stan is rough on him out of love now, it would be nice for him to hear something like this from his grunkle/grandpa.
Damn these are so sappy and I do not understand why some people are obsessed with him being their secret grandpa. They act like that somehow makes his relationship with the twins more meaningful and it weirds me out.
Has anyone held a Summerween party? I dunno if people would 'get it' if they weren't fans of the show.
A long time ago my family did a halfway to Halloween party the first week of May, and people had fun so I guess if you dressed it up as just a warm weather Halloween/costume party it could work. I want to try it, but I'm not sure people would actually show up.
It's not the theme that makes me doubt people would come. Despite having food and music and party essentials, people just don't show up when I try to have a party.
Hm, it is probably better to just call it a costume party.
I'm pretty sure he will be voiced by Weird Al.
>>71210573 did nothing wrong, >>71208151
is seemingly supposed to be a reply to >>71208035, >>71210573 was pertinent
To that I have to reply I doubt girls get more sexual stimulation from nipples than guys, at least at that age, I think they should both enjoy it if it was the case they bit with the same strength.
Mabel being the stronger alpha twin definitely it much harder than Dipper's weak sissy jaw could ever hope to manage.
Dipper is also reluctant and pulls his punches when theyre against his own sister, so all he did was a weak nibble.
ayyy lmaos confirmed for endgame then.
If it is Weird Al, I'm gonna feel bizzare. It'll be like watching Crush-It-Chuck and knowing it's Sarah Silverman and Jany Lynch.
>a day where everything you know and love will change
>people seriously think that the Stans will just buddy buddy and it will be a big happy mystery solving family from this point on
>people seriously think 6tan will just get killed or leave and the status quo will continue until the penultimate episode
I know a couple people who are better at arranging parties. They might be interested in putting something together.
I'd like to do the jack-o-melons and dollar store candy thing.
I'm mostly just overly paranoid about throwing a costume party in the middle of June I guess.
can't stable the mabel
can't gip the dip
stan is the mannis
That actually makes a ton of sense.
"Stan is not what he seems" refers to 6tan being a shapeshifter instead of 5tan's real brother.
>I HAVE FRIENDS WITH MANY FACES
From the Bill AMA.
If we only get the backstory from 5tan's POV, we'll know something's up with 6tan.
So if anything, the new episode will premiere 12 weeks after April 18th, huh?
>Not doing costume parties on Summer
This is weird. South America here, we mostly do them in summer. Buy some silly string, some canned snow, make burgers on a grill and if you have a pool prep it up and do this: http://www.instructables.com/id/The-199-Noodley-Beverage-Boat/
Beer pong as well. Basically make it outdoorsy.
Reminder that Robbie could've been even more intolerable
"I don't understand this waifu bullshi-
>upper left Wendy
Would have been interesting to see everyone in the show drawn like that.
>implying I'd cheat on her in the first place
>implying she couldn't be placated by offering to yiff with her animatronic body
What if the Gravity Falls movie has Wendy and everyone else in that style?
Would Alex have the balls to kill Dipper at the end of the series? There have been quite a few burned images of him shown so far. Maybe not as many as Stan, but counting references to burning pine trees (e.g. the Bill AMA and the tree on the mansion tapestry), I count at least four.
Come to think of it, all this imagery is making it hard to gauge who might buy the farm by the time this is all over with. Fucking clever, Alex.
I'm planning on carving a jack-o-melon this year, but that's the full extent I'm going to.
Well in at least parts of the US, costume parties outside October are considered kind of weird.
Why would I want fake snow? There's enough snow here on an annual basis as it is.
Decorating, food and having a party set up isn't a problem, it's mostly just getting people to show up. Free food and booze only goes so far. Having someone who is not me arrange it should work out. I've messaged some people to see how receptive they are to the idea.
>WenDip was supposed to happen
>be an ongoing "gag"
They probably were planning to save the "bunker" speech until the very, very end. Fans pointed out they were using Dipper's crush as plot mechanism too much.
"we have seen this set up too many times, we know something will go wrong, and we are tired of seeing Dipper torture himself (in this particular way)."
Same problem Samurai Jack had. "How will the time-thingy break THIS time?"
Alex made the right move scuttling the damn thing.
If Dipper does die, I hope it's because he was sacrificing himself for Mabel, so all the anti-Mabel autists get their tits in a twist over it.
you don't just kill of a main character like that unless it's part of the plot, and that seems a bit far-fetched.
If anyone's going to die, it's most likely Waddles, McGucket, or Soos.
Someone asked Hirsch if Waddles goes home with Mabel or lives at the shack after summer.
He said thinking about that makes him very sad.
Waddle's "taking a bullet" for Mabel would ad a whole new twist to Dipper's choice in time travelers pig.
What if Bill's nickname are meaningless? One may very well be at least: "Red", as he called Wendy. And the symbols on the wheel all belong to the character you wouldn't first think it to be... Or at least a few.
Dip dying... A Stan dying... Pine tree, pines burn - the whole family's last name is Pines. The symbol on Dip's hat is a red herring, he just got that mass produced thing at the Shack.
>Waddle's "taking a bullet" for Mabel would ad a whole new twist to Dipper's choice in time travelers pig.
...Holy hell, that'd be something.
It was a tweet in response to someone's question if Waddles will go back to where Mabel/Dipper lives or stay at the Shack, his exact words were only:
>Thinking about that question makes me very sad
Can't find a cap.
ZULA, THE MIC RULA, THE OLD SCHOOLA, YOU WANNA TRIP, I'LL TAKE IT TOO YA.
> Bill Ponderosa
Ponderosa is too feminine
Ponder is too anime a name
Actually what if two girls were expected and Dipper somehow got a girls name.
Alex and Ariel are such obvious cop out names since theyre so ambiguous
I was re-watching the episodes for some hints and wouldn't you know it, I stumbled upon this. The six fingered hand print wasn't there at the end of season 1
Why would there even be a handprint like that. It looks radioactive too.
Assuming it was newly created and not a case like Dipper's birthmark or the page with the portal having gibberish until Stan had it, this could mean Stan is also hiding 6 fingers because hes an ayy lmao or a shapeshifter
All it means is that the author owned the shack, which everyone already assumed, because how the fuck else would Stan have this machine described in the journals.
It wouldn't spoil anything about Stan having a brother or his brother being the author
Confident evidence that the author owned the shack coupled with the Young Stan shot from Time Travelers pig would have let on to twins way harder than anything else they'd dropped.
Or he's that one bloke that I presume left pinecest comments or something like that on Alex and Ariel's sibling day pictures. Actual tweet was deleted so I don't know what went on but the reactions seemed to hint towards it.
>Ariel is somewhat popular as a baby name for boys. The name's popularity rose from the 1960s up to the 1990s; before that, it was of sporadic use only.
Ahh, Little Mermaid must have killed it. But Alex was born in 85' so the point still stands.
I can't remember if it was in-show or by Alex on Twitter/Reddit, but Mabel's name was described as "old-timey". I think it follows that Dipper's name would be, too. Hence the dorky/lame comment by Bill, too antiquated can imply that
Also... Did Alex ever say Mabel was named after someone? Can't remember. I know Soos (college roommate) and Stan are (grandpa)
>Stan is also hiding 6 fingers because hes an ayy lmao or a shapeshifter
We've heard on numerous occasions:
>Stan is not WHAT he seems
That WHAT seems awfully fishy, in the sense that it might refer that Stan might not even be human. Also, personally I'm not buying into the "faked" car crash. The car crash death might actually be legit.
The thing I most look forward to seeing in the upcoming episodes is how 6tan interacts with the rest of the cast, especially the dynamic with his brother.
Yeah, this is still a kid's show and no matter how dark it may get it will almost certainly never kill off a major good character. Off the top of my head I can't think of any children's shows that (permanently) killed a central hero.
This is guy, these weren't up earlier but we know what he said now.
This. If they wanted to fake a death they wouldnt make it look like foul play, lest theres further investigation, and theyd have the car go into the ocean or Lake Gravity Falls.
Stan is a con artist and master planner, when he does it he does it right.
Alex os a cunt, but I can see why hes getting real tired of people saying he should fuck his sister.
I mean look at Zack who does Paranatural. He went full SJW because he got salty over one of his own friends and a few fans shipping him with another of their friends.
I mean I do get off to the thought of Alex and Ariel fucking eachother and also having threesomes witj Manzi, competing with each other to see who can make her cum the most with just their hands and mouths, but come on, dont tell Alex that shit, at least not publically, its embarassing, especially on top of reddits Wendy=Faust cuck meme.
>I do get off to the thought of Alex and Ariel fucking eachother and also having threesomes witj Manzi, competing with each other to see who can make her cum the most with just their hands and mouths
Good not just me then!
Do you realize how pathetic you really are?
Alex isn't a cunt, he seems like a pretty cool dude most of the time. It's just that his fanbase is full of weird creepy losers and assholes who constantly bother him, I would get tired of it too if I was in the same situation.
Good point, but not only that, the agents warned Dipper that they've seen this happen a million times before, con-artists talking their way out of everything, even their families. What's also suspicious, is that the now half-sane McGucket said he needs to "get out of this town". Why would it matter if you leave the town if the whole world is gonna get destroyed?
Something important has gone wrong when the Portal first activated and McGucket probably regrets witnessing it, which prompted him to erase his memory. While searching the star constellations they might have unleashed the ayy lmaos.
How old are you?
Where do you live?
Do you support pinecest?
I think season 2 is the last season.
First they didn't anounced a third one yet. This should be a nobrainer.
Also Alex tries to wrap up the series:
>Pacifica turns good
>Robbie turns good
>Wendip & Mermando/Mabel dead,
>We know the author
>We know all of Stans secret (soon)
>After 11 episodes we don't have a new threat
That's my point, they probably let loose a few ayy lmaos until they pulled the plug and shut down the portal.
When Bill was summoned by Gideon and was asked about Stan, we saw a image of Stan/Stanley angrily rushing towards something in the portal room. Maybe the aliens abducted Stanley and they were starting to invade through the portal until McGucket pulled the plug.
One thing I don't get is, McGucket was seen near Stan on several occasions, and Stan acted like he doesn't know him, not even a slight hint. How can that be if it was confirmed that McGucket was working with Stanley on the machine. This either means that maybe Stan and McGucket never met, or that in the 30 years he changed so much that Stan doesn't recognizes him.
I just don't know
This made my day.
Were people fearing Gravity Falls would only be a one season show back then?
Alex is cool, it's just some thin skinned fags whining about him being the biggest meanie poopy pants ever because he made a mildly snarky comment at them.
I was thinking more that he was scared of the author.
Remember, he was blind eye before the portal took in the author.
Also Stan really tries hard to ignore mcsuckit, way too hard. Stan visibly stiffens when seeing fiffledord, its all really subtle
Fags like this need to be fed to sharks feet first.
So how do you lik your eggs, creeps?
If they can wrap it up well in 2 seasons I don't think they should drag it out to a third. Unless they throw some good twists in there. Pretty sure it's just that Alex is opposed to dragging it out.
>killed a central hero
Transformers Prime is one show that gets pretty damn close. Granted, having the cast be all robots probably helps.
Even though the one permadeath was at the very end of the series...
What with GF raking in the highest ratings for the channel it's on, I think Di$ney will make it worth Alex's while to make a third season.
It doesn't have to be at the end, but yes, he usually dies once a series, but almost always gets resurrected.
Transformers Prime was especially ludicrous though.
>loses memories of being a Prime at the end of first season, effectively "dying"
>Third season he dies for real, but gets resurrected
>In the end of the third movie he very definitely dies for real
to restore Cybertron
I have a feeling Stan isn't too fond of McGucket. Maybe he resents him for 'stealing' his brother/helping him go down the point of no return or maybe he just doesn't like how he reminds him of bad memories of his bro.
McGucket can't be gone for good, right? I wonder how the possible reunion between him and the Author will go.
