while it's true that Fionna was a little bit thicker this time around(although not by much, at most a 20-30 pound difference, more likely around 15 pounds more), it's probably nowhere near just fat, at least some of that I'm pretty sure is added muscle, especially since she seems to have noticeable biceps in at least a couple moments in the episode, which I have to say is pretty hot(after all what's not to like about a pretty girl with a powerful & voluptuous body), also if she wasn't like 7ft tall, Susan Strong would probably have a similar body type(although obviously with a higher muscle to fat ratio then Fionna)
