Personally, His looks are a huge factor (Blonde, Lanky, Leather and all) then adding in his Outgoing and spastic nature, He's adorable!
His fear of bugs during the End of term Test was hilarious, and he's also a friend of Aizawa.

Mostly just personal Preference, but He's my Fave teacher.

A gastrectomy means you have to eat small portions at regular intervals since you don't have an acid-filled organ sack to ingest a large quantity of food and pre-digest it over several hours.
I just assumed that he doesn't have time to eat/forgets which contributes to his sickly appearance.

So food wise, I would like to fan guess (because it's never stated directly) that Toshi liked American style giant burgers and fries, just cause it would fit with his image. Or he ate everything in scary quantities like Micheal Phelps, who eats literally 10,000 calories for breakfast before he swims 100 laps every day. But after Toshi gets his insides all fucked up, he's not allowed to have heavy, greasy, oily, unhealthy food without getting super nauseous, so he sadly eats soft stuff like miso soup.

Medically wise, if you get your stomach removed (which can happen IRL, like if you have cancer or get cut really bad), you still HAVE to eat. Otherwise your body will just slowly starve to death. If you don't have that organ, you can either get a fake one, or have major surgery so that tubes can go into other organs that will absorb what you need to stay alive.

My guess is that even thought Toshinori said he has "no" stomach to Midoriya when giving his backstory, I bet he was just saving him the nitty gritty details. If the drama CDs give us any hints, Toshi still goes out to bars to hang out with the other teachers (though, I guess he could just go for the company, because you'll get super sick if you drink alcohol without a stomach). But on the other hand, I doubt Mic would throw him a surprise birthday party at a noodle shop if he knew he couldn't have anything. That would be a dick move, lol.

Oh! And I just remember! All Might asked the kids to have lunch with him! So he must eat something in the day. Just can't be a lot, or heavy. Plus he brought Midoriya fancy cupcakes in the OVA. So he probably knows where all the good dessert shops are. bet All Might could have eaten a whole sheet cake by himself.

The Michael Phelps-ish theory makes sense as to his caloric intake, even post-injury All Might still would have to intake a lot of calories to do all the superhero stuff he does in his buff form. I believe some of the students commented on how they have to maintain their diet or health to keep their powers going (like iida drinking lots of liquids?), just post-injury All Might can't physically intake as much food/energy he would need to be as active pre-injury.

I imagine All Might eats A LOT of white rice and health bars throughout the day. He seems like he knows about physical regime and fitness and stuff, from the plan he made to train Midoriya. He's probably used to eating healthy (but not so tasty) things?
