Shinji said he wanted to be with Asuka forever during the kitchen scene in EoE. However, he only says that because he's desperate and has no one left to come back to, Asuka even calls him out on it. After killing Kaworu, Shinji tries to drown himself, after failing he goes to Asuka. Shinji views her as a last resort for comfort and she knows it. He views Asuka as a sexual object rather than a lover. It's all explained in the official Death and Rebirth theatrical book.

It's explicitly stated in the show so yeah.
You don't need a wiki to know this stuff, you just have to pay attention. Shinji says he loves Kaworu and even explains why, and he expresses physical attraction to him. Shinji also expresses physical attraction to Asuka, but when he claims yearning for her during the kitchen scene, she calls him out on his two-faced loneliness. It's as simple as that, way less complex than so many make it out to be.

He only ever showed sexual attraction, to the point of treating her like an object which is exactly her beef with him as demonstrated in EoE.

Kaworu is the only character Shinji has shown both romantic and sexual attraction to, as well as the only one he said he loved (in that nature, you can argue he loves and cares for Toji/Kensuke/Misato/everyone else)

Relying on western wikis is pointless, there's a reason why the Nip fandom acts so radically different from the western one.
Just pay attention to the show and use your brain like you're supposed to.

I don't have the source at hand anymore though, sorry, and the oldest archive for this board died long ago together with what /cm/ translated. I believe they weren't translated into English though I'm not sure. Many of this stuff never left Japan and for a long time western fandom took advantage of that. The Kaworu part from D&R's booklet was 'casually' left untranslated for years until Q threads if my memory serves me right. Guess why.

I've never seen something stating romantic feelings from Shinji towards Asuka. You actually don't see them talking about it in general terms. If Asuka/Shinji is the epitome of the hedgehog's dilemma/the most important relationship as the western fandom loves to push so much, then why has Gainax never actually said this? Why did Gainax put in Evangelion Platinum that the relationship that summarized the hedgehog's dilemma was actually Shinji/Misato? Why when asked about it Anno said the co-protagonist was Misato and not Asuka? Why the Red Cross Book made so much emphasis in how troubled and indefinable Shinji/Misato's relationship is? Why is that relationship the one Tsurumaki preferred to comment in his post-EoE interview when asked about 'communication' being a theme?
The reason should be obvious for anyone with a brain who watched the show, a textual remark shouldn't be need.

Misato is severely underrated despite being the co-protagonist and having the most focus and screen time after Shinji.
The fact that anyone hardly talks about her character is proof that most of the fan base doesn't give a fuck about anything but shipping and waifus.
