I can both draw (decently) and work with Photoshop, and I was going to start working on something anyways.
Should we make a Hiro-tan banner? A /cm/ version of 4Chan?
If anyone has ideas I'm willing to help! Let's do our best

No thanks. If anything /cm/ needs a sticky on board rules such as no posting 3DPD and such spammy posts should be removed immediately. (Since as you know, this is a slow board so a thread gets bumped off page 10 because some ass couldn't be bothered to read the rules or just doesn't care.)

Instead you should make a /cm/ board for western stuff and make this one anime-only again. People avoid it like the plague because it's filled with /co/shit and 3DPD, which just brings the quality down and makes the place undesirable.

More importantly, you really need a sticky telling people not to save and repost resized images from tumblr or previews from pixiv. This place is for sharing images, if you're sharing resized shit in lower quality and previews it defeats the whole purpose.

The site devs shouldn't have to keep splitting boards down, it's just going to be deader or encourage more metaposting. /co/posters/tumblr are definitely a shit but 26 out of 150 is still a minority of board threads.

The board needs a sticky more than anything. Encourage quality board content and proper searching, saving original file names, use reverse image search to find source, etc.

Every board always has a trickle, that's necessary to replace all the oldfags who've killed themselves, but a trickle can be taught the ropes because they're outnumbered. It's when some event brings in a bunch of them at once that they begin to have a serious and permanent impact on the board. This is especially true when they come in at a time when a board doesn't have its shit together because they all end up thinking those blatant shitposts are normal board culture and, in their ignorance, perpetuate it until it actually is.

Oh, fuck off. It's simple: an image board for 2D content shouldn't be dealing with 3D content as well. It's a different kind of culture and they don't mesh. For Christ's sake, we have a thread for YouTubers. That shit needs to be gone.

Imo we need a Shounen Ai board like /u/ is, a board where people could post either sfw and nsfw and discuss the various genres/ships/fandoms freely .
