Sort of an odd request and I'm not sure if this is allowed, but post dudes in art during our grandparent's time. I'll start off with a J.C. Leyendecker dump.
Fun fact the artist was gay, I started to wonder when I noticed he drew his men sorta pretty and elegant. Like the dude really knew how to appreciate the male features. Did a quick google search and yup I was right.
Here's my fav piece b/c uniform kink
Oh and he had a lover named Charles Beach. CB was often Leyendecker's model for Arrow Collar Ads he made. Leyendecker even received fan letters for the handsome "Arrow Collar Man".
And here's some more

Here's how I found about the artist. Some old ad of his art that was edited.

Wow, cool thread, anon. Wish I could contribute. It's so neat how you can almost feel the different textures of the clothing and furniture.
Great thread, OP. Leyendecker is probably my favorite artist of all time, and I love others from that period/style. Rockwell, Sundblom, and Lovell are based as fuck too.

Not to mention WW2 posters are loaded with handsome 1940's soldiers.
>>3031777
Andrew Loomis painted some plenty of pretty boys too.
>>3031778
Here's some Haddon Sundblom. Too bad there's almost always some pesky ladies in the picture.
>>3031777
Yep. Bonus points from the Navy Posters, the men were often shirtless.

OP here. Thanks for the contribution! I'm asian so I don't know much about western vintage art. They're so pretty to look at :)

thanks a lot btw

He's pretty much drawing the same face evey time
I wanted to post some Charles Dana Gibson illustrations but I just realized almost everything online is of his women. He used to draw men too but most of his books are really hard to find now so I guess nobody took any photos of them, it was mostly sports illustrations and sketches.
Found a nice Aubrey Beardsley self-portrait though.
Supposedly John Singer Sargent was gay too. It definitely shows up more in his sketches and studies than the paintings he was commissioned for.

just predating all manga/anime by a couple decades, a true visionary
men's pulp magazines have a lot of hot guys. unfortunately they're rarely the one's to get tied up naked and tortured. but you do get good stuff sometimes.
Always loved the sensuality of this one
