Because orphans are love.
Guess it's better than shitting up the general gundumb thread.
Orga's got his Bright armor though. I don't think he's going to die, I think he's going to live long enough to see himself become a villain.
I cannot wait for a proper scan of this.
By Itou Yu (character desgin).
It was for me, but I'm a slut for a show with cute boys.
That said, as someone who's never watched any Gundam before, I'm enjoying it for it's story and characters and would recommend
So.. Did we all just get unequivocally BTFO here? I don't remember Bracelet-chan securing victory, but this is her's isn't it?
Maybe. But Gundam love interest die all the time.
In other het news, Blond Mcfaggot is engaged to Garma's sister.
Dont worry, in a anime liek this, that much victory so soon only means she's acquired a shit ton of deathflags.
As for how she gave him, I think she asked that older guy to hand it to Mika for her
I was thinking about this during the first scene.
So was I. I didnt get the point of that scene, nothing extra about them was shown nor anything relevant said
Holy shit. I knew Takaki was the cutest and best boy but I didn't expect them to go full-catface with it. Bless Sunrise.
Unprecedented levels of cute.
Only if you're an extreme shipperfag. He could easily like her as a sister or even treasure it because he has rarely been given stuff out of affection before. Plus it seems he's sniffing it not kissing? Which could be due to the smell of flowers and other nice things he doesn't get to smell in that shit hole
>Hime: Never had a chance to begin with, but NTR.
She'll get her chance I'm afraid. I just pray they dont go for a lovetriangle with Orga>Hime>Mika
I still wish Danji were alive to completely remove the princess from the pool.
I know it may be delusional but god damn, I just want a happy end for Takaki. He's such an angel but one way or another he's going to get hurt or killed.
Did I miss a scene with hair pulling? I've seen more than one fanart with that
Sadly the OP doesnt help since he doesnt even appear in the spaceship. Worst, none of the people involved are merciful when ti comes to avoiding sufferign and death
Maybe I shouldn't have said "confirmation", but what I meant is "we all know where this is going". I've seen this too many times. Maybe you're right and I'm jumping too quickly to that conclusion, but as much as I like this show, I don't trust it to break away from a heavy-handed cliché like Mika sniffing her bracelet and holding it against his heart being a metaphor for the start of a budding romance.
>he doesnt even appear in the spaceship
I've talked about this before with someone. He doesn't appear in the bridge, sure, but he doesn't really seem like bridge-bunny material to begin with. He seems more suited to cooking/cleaning duties.
I THINK HE IS! I asked about it in one of the generals, but before this ep we'd never seen them stand side by side. Homos, I'm so happy.
Can we post magazine scans in here?
A love triangle like that would be awful. I am hoping for no romance at all. Any kind of overt romance would probably be awful anyway and made even worse if the mandatory Hime character is involved. Even if thus far this particular Gundam Hime has done little to actually annoy me but after A/Z my tolerance for this kind of character is rather low.
I think the only Gundam princess I really enjoyed was the one from Turn A.
I think that's something called sushi.
I hope that they keep the Hime to the background, a bit like Marina in 00. As opposed, to say, going full Relena.
>Does anyone know what the hell he was eating this episode? Raisens or something? Little chocolate ball things?
at first I thought they were chocolate coated coffee beans (which are in standard MRE packs today) but Japanese twitter said they are dried Martian fruit, similar to a dried Date. I believe in recent Animage magazine there's a spread of Orga and Mikazuki, and Mikazuki is eating them in the spread. That's where the info comes from.
Please, anon... I wish.
The best we can hope for is that Mikazuki thinks of Atra like a sister and says so after she gets killed, then -somehow- Okada doesn't smother Mika with Kudelia following him around while telling herself "I-It's not like that!" whenever she thinks of him while she's alone.
And after that next episode preview, I'm pretty disillusioned with the possibility of a no hetero end.
And the main text is about Mikazuki and Orga's trust, too.
Also if anyone can read Japanese, here are some future episode summaries. Might be spoilers?
Those are not summaries, there's a short description of the plot and then an extended list of the staff per episode. All it does have is titles for each episode; episode 5 being 'Toward a Red Sky' and episode 6 is "About Them" ("Them" being all males in this).
I finished watching all the gundams, recently, and I really like this one so far.
Not sure what you're normally into but this is standard Gundam tradition. But this is a standalone series that doesnt really connect to other Gundam shows before it.
I can't really describe it to people who don't normally watch Gundam or robot shows as a whole, but it is more than just guys being shirtless, and it's exciting plot-wise so far. There are some eye-rolling scenes having to do with the main heroine, but the two male leads and side characters are carrying the show nicely.
And we're just about to get to the main Gundam Homos. Again, I cant explain it well to non-UC fans, but the buzz about new Char and Garma is palpable for that cluster.
I'm a huge MikaOrga shipper but I don't feel threatened by Atra, it's nice that Mika has more than one person who understands him. Besides, Orga being so bro, it feels like the line between platonic and sexual attraction beween them is less adhered to, like they could easilt slip in and out of a sexual relationship. But Atra is distant, romantic vibe and very sheltered from "all parts" of Mika, as shown in latest episode.
>So was I. I didnt get the point of that scene, nothing extra about them was shown nor anything relevant said
It showed they didn't rush into that execution scene recklessly- last ep they mentioned a Strategy meeting, this ep opened with the two of them sitting where Barbatos was (also where episode 1 opened, with Mika finding Orga sleeping in the supposedly secret barbatos/engine room).
It may be that that place is "their place" like where they usually go to get some quiet peace (and it's warm there) kinda like an oasis, if not sanctuary, it's a place that has meaning for Orga and Mika
And I think it highlights how deliberate and prepared they were for the next step they took together
I feel the same way, I haven't been so excited about Gundam since 00, and that was the series that first got me started on the franchise. It's as if after much floundering, Gundam has finally 'come back home', so to speak.
And as much as I dislike the whole Gundam Hime staple, there are scenes where her presence actually adds a dose of realism to the whole situation. Like when she tries to shake Mika's hand in order to show how 'equal' they are, only for him to refuse because his hands are dirty with oil which shows they are not even remotely equal...at all.
And here's a the translation of what is going on here:
If I tell you to kill me, then do as I say
Can you kill me?
I missed 'the time comes', you're right. As for 'tsumaranai', given the context, 'tedious', while literal, sounds off. And it is used as 'absurd' as well.
Still in the vein "I don't want to bother with that" but "absurd" is rather strong, isn't it?
Well either way.
>It may be that that place is "their place" like where they usually go to get some quiet peace (and it's warm there) kinda like an oasis, if not sanctuary, it's a place that has meaning for Orga and Mika
Anon, you are fueling the fuck out of my self-indulgent OruMika thoughts. Take responsibility.
>It may be that that place is "their place" like where they usually go to get some quiet peace (and it's warm there) kinda like an oasis, if not sanctuary, it's a place that has meaning for Orga and Mika
I like you rinterpretation
So from past threads before we moved to /cm/ it's been pretty clear that Iron Blooded Homos have great ideas that need to be realized as fapfic or art. Usually the easiest way to make a centralized depository for those ideas is with a kink meme (or at least that's how we did it back in the 00 days).
Would anyone be interested in one of those? If not, does anyone have alternative ideas for compiling those scenarios/requests anons think up in case any writefags or drawfags feel like taking on the task?
We really are a wealth of homolust for any writefag fresh out of scenarios.
I was one of the anons in that first homo IBO thread wanking about Mika/Takaki frottage and kissing, and I've wanted more of that since then. Perhaps from Takaki's perspective, to switch things up. Also gives the author the chance to describe the weight of Mika's fat dick, the feel of his cold, but gentle stare, the feel of his tongue sliding into the fuccboi's mouth, etc. If they wanted to get really filthy and degenerate they could even end it with gentle cuddling or hand-caressing.
J-Just a thought.
Don't be sorry, nothing wrong with posting an idea here until we work something out. Plus that's lewd as fuck and I totally love it. I'm a writefag kind of suffering from a block right now so I probably couldn't write it myself, but I hope somebody else does because it's fucking hot.
The problem with kink memes is that they attract Tumblrcunts.
Now this brings back memories, I used to write a hell lot on the 00 kikmeme.
This could be fun.
I hope so too, or that you get over your dry spell soon enough. I'd love to read what you'd put out.
>started thinking about your idea
>sentences started forming on their own
Apparently this is what happens immediately following me saying I probably can't fill a request. I've started on it, so here's to hoping I can finish it. It'll probably be fairly short, I hope that's okay.
Of course, anon, I'm glad you were able to pick it up. Can't wait to read it, I bet I'll love it.
Funny you should mention it as I've been revisiting some of them. Let's see, that I can recall, I wrote: Lost, Study in Purple, What Dreams May Come, Hacked, Captured, I'm Just Doing My Job, Not As Planned, Similarity, Unfit to be a Gundam Meister, Nursing, Brand New World (never finished, am actually working on it), Lessons (same), For Your Eyes Only, I do...Not, It's Not Like I Like You or Anything, For Your Eyes Only
Ranging from overly dramatic to batshit crazy crack. Yeah. Plenty of smut, too.
according to the Gundam Fanclub app (paid mobile phone app) which had a special articleon the making of IBO, Orga was "designed to be 17ish" it was all over twitter before ep2 aired.
It wasn't a stated profile or anything, but it's basically set in stone in fan's head that he's 17. nothing on Mika's age though. Kudelia is 16, per her profile which flashed on screen in ep1.
I'm assuming Mika is younger than Orga.
And speaking of profiles:
I'd say that as well. Odds are they are roughly the same age with Orga being slightly older. But since Mika defers to Orga so much, Orga comes across as the elder.
And that first I thought Atra was about as old as the cookie named kiddies, for some reason.
>But since Mika defers to Orga so much, Orga comes across as the elder.
For me it wasnt the deference and more height. The too big clothes dont help either, but considering how toned his body is underneath as well as the aforementioned kid part, I'd say 15 at least.
But this is anime, so even Mika being older could happen
Indeed, telling age in anime is often difficult. Short of the very gruff type of characters like Crank, everyone younger- which is the bulk of the cast- becomes difficult to figure out. But I'm sure they'll let us know and probably soon.
Orga and Mika were adorable as kids.
I notice you guys are mostly just posting pixiv art. Do you want a tag/search list for twitter use also? A lot of the good stuff is under specific name tags on pixiv, or occasional searching key words on twitter.
That would be fantastic if you don't mind compiling one. I'm still a dinosaur getting the hang of looking for twitter art.
>I can't really describe it to people who don't normally watch Gundam or robot shows as a whole, but it is more than just guys being shirtless
Explain to someone who does do that?
Is it the speculah?
I mean talk about it as a show without having to qualify it as "a robot show/gundam show" because there are genre-specific rules, and then there are also sunrise-specific rules
I like stories that deal with mercenary groups in a way that shows some very unique distinctions between national armies or national forces, I think G-Reco demonstated how convulted it can be when you try to present BOTH types of those kinds of forces.
stories like Area 88, Yukikaze, and (and I thought the side stories for Gundam Seed such as the Manga and Stargazer were better because they were removed from the larger "epic scale drama"). and Macross Frontier excluded... for the most part. Anyway, these types of robo/sci-fi shoes are more enjoyable for me because you get to take a step back from the over-arching war and really focus on the small, close knit group of characters. IBO is slowly gaining an ensemble cast, but it started really strong with that band of brothers feel. and For Area 88 and Yukikaze especially, there's that bond between men that's forged because of survival and trust.
Well, IBO hit the ground running with that, but still shows up in small little scenes how the main 2 rely on each other, in their complicated way, and we'll probably get more flashbacks as the story progresses. Orga DID open the show with a nightmare/flashback, which begs the question of "does that still haunt him? why?"
Possibly because he couldn't protect Mika at that time, and since then has been somewhat cursed to be under Mika's protection instead, a reversal of older brother role.
and are they really searching for a place they belong? With the latest episode, it's certainly not a place "without fighting" because I think it's forgone conclusion now that Mika and Orga are destined to fight and fight and fight to the death. He doesn't hold that vew for all the Tekkadan though, since he allowed a lot of the kids to leave (with pay too!) so it's really a personal weight he is carrying.
anyway, technical aspects of the genre-- I'm always hyped to see the fights, because I love the 2D animation, and Sunrise does set the bar for set up and climaxes of fights.
continued, and forgot my pic.
Additioanlly, we know there will be episodes where Mikazuki loses or will get badly beaten, because the main robot is meant to collect armor and pieces and weapons. Also there's going to be a mid-season upgrade, no doubt.
but I also love the gundam staples- themes about separating from past conflicts/past prejudices, themes about identifying with your enemy but following your destiny, themes about losing your family and regaining a surrogate family.
additionally, this is a Gundam where guys can be guys and girls can be girls. It's comfortable and feels like more grounded. Watching this show with the rest of /m/ or twitter is fun because of so many active posters coming from the Gundam 00 or Original Gundam fandoms, even Gundam Age. There's also chatterfrom Sidonia, Fate/Stay and Aldnoah Zero fandoms because of obvious reasons.
Wh-Who's filming that?
Overall, it's mainly the excitement that I feel for most new Gundam Shows, siding with factions, rooting for underdog pilots, waiting for exploitable homo moments between Really Close "Brothers" and also the whole cross-over potential because the video game universes that include several gundam shows at once.
I just think that there are some really good characters so far that are worth watching for reveals and twists. It's entertaining war drama that, while rooted in some real concepts that we see today in conflict zones, it still removed and distant in fiction land, with guilt-free giant robot battles what more do you need.
also good god, the robot-pilot relationship is pretty damn exploitable. Barbatos' personality has yet to really be revealed, but I'm sure it'll be good as it builds. for now, I see it as a unit project and flagship.
>sold because of Orga hair
>not appreciating Orga cheap but high quality plot as well
All of Orga is worth buying
G-Recon demonstrated a lot of things, sadly, none of them were particularly good. My greatest problem with the show is that apart from being too jolly (yes, not unheard of in the franchise but it still annoyed me) was how little sense anyone's motivations made and how random some of it seemed. Then you'd have some characters switch sides and suddenly fight for the side they had fighting before without anyone seeming at all bothered, worried or even curious.
And above all there was no sense of danger, ever. I struggled to finish it.
I'm not as diehard fan of Gundam as some but I have seen my fair share and am curious to see just how this series fits in the franchise. It adds a layer of fun.
>00 kink meme
on that topic, I also was pretty rabid on that. I compiled my list of fills a while ago for others, but it is.. well, it's here: http://pastebin.com/sASF8Dwq
there's a lot of excitement for tekketsu, I see some Gundam 00 fans being super excited, I do feel a lot of the same themes, but not the religious-power-complex from Setsuna, or the need for redemption/return to innocence or leading humanity themes. I loved those, but I'm glad they're not in Tekketsu.
so far, the main themes of Tekketsu that I get are "carving your own name" so to speak. There's no huge egos in the main male cast, with the exception of MAYBE the Gjallajorn guys. We'll find out soon.
I hope this goes from "story of guys finding the place where they truly belong" to "story of guys creating where they belong with blood sweat and tears" I'm not into wandering unless you're a space pirate, but I do like mercs on the edge of revolution.
>Macross Frontier excluded...
Why excluded? I'm watching that right now, and I thought of how dissimilar CGS and SMS are to eachother. I haven't seen any other mercenary shows so I can't compare to anything else.
>Anyway, these types of robo/sci-fi shoes are more enjoyable for me because you get to take a step back from the over-arching war and really focus on the small, close knit group of characters. IBO is slowly gaining an ensemble cast, but it started really strong with that band of brothers feel
Yeah, that's why I was really excited when I heard Okada was the writer. She does focus on the characters, for good or bad. I'm really excited to see how her style clashes with a typical Gundam show.
I watched Reco and Build Fighters when they aired, but I wasn't "in to" Gundam at the time. I finished my watchthrough of the franchise recently, so this is my first time really looking forward to a Gundam each week. I actually want to rewatch Reco, since the few people who got more into it seemed to really like it (and the boys were cute).
But, yeah I'm really digging it so far. It's my first time guessing and speculating every week on a gundam show.
I transferred some of my stuff from the kinkmeme to ff.net but it's a hell lot of text and most of it needs a lot of formatting so laziness prevailed as it so often does.
I agree, I'm a huge 00 fan myself and am glad to see how Tekketsu both follows some themes while innovating (sorry, had to) on others. Definitely hadn't been this excited about Gundam in a long, long time. Feels great, too.
The highschool musical elements didn't jive with my idea of an actual mercenary force/militia force. I like it, but I dont see it as serious small scale militia squad, like how Macross Plus had. Macross Frontier is still good as a Macross show, and as a robo show overall.
If you like Seiyuu, watch Area 88 (latest OAV has a lot of popular seiyuu) it was written by a man in the 1970s who used to work in Shojo manga, and was assistant to Leiji Matsumoto, the creator of Captain Harlock. It's very melodramatic while still being "manly" and dealing with "manly" issues. Funny thing, they added --specifically for the most recent OAV-- a Female pilot character, just because there was only one female VA on staff (voicing a child soldier/pilot) and they wanted to try adding to the cast.
Sentou Yousei Yukikaze is a 4-ep OAV nick named "brokeback airforce" and boy, is it ever. The love triangle is between hot commanding officer, ace pilot, and the plane. All of them are best girls. and the fights are damn good. Tom Cruise has movie rights.
>Yeah, that's why I was really excited when I heard Okada was the writer. She does focus on the characters, for good or bad. I'm really excited to see how her style clashes with a typical Gundam show.
It's funny, while this is some people's first Gundam show, this is my first Okada show. I have no expectations going in other than the gundam expectations.
>I actually want to rewatch Reco,
Watch G-Reco when you can marathon it, but don't go too fast. It's a really nice show visually and the eyecandy is astounding. Gundam Unicorn and Gundam The Origin are still "flagship" for Sunrise I think, in terms of the BEST that Gundam can put out, but G-Reco is still worth it. don't pay attention to the memes.
>It's my first time guessing and speculating every week on a gundam show.
you're in for a good ride, comrade.
Heh, I watched the first 10 minutes of Artesia Sorrow and it hyped me more than the Star Wars trailer. Comes out Halloween.
ALSO on the gundam 00 angle-- I was huge in to Lockon x Setsuna, and I see alot of LockSetsu fans active now in IBO clusters. But another difference from back then is, it was always LOCKON x SETSUNA, and SETSUNA x LOCKON was only in gag comic (or later in s2, Setsuna x Lyle-- which is already a different dynamic)
whereas with Orga and Mika, if you search Orga x Mika you'll get a lot of brotherly love and tame stuff, sometimes R18 stuff, but if you search Mika x Orga, it's a lot raunchier results and chatter. There's also people who don't know/don't care who tops. This is way different from just 7 years ago! Mika is not only shorter, but smaller physically. Still, his aggression and stubbornness really is strong when he wants it to be, he has such a strong personality and it shows in key physical actions. Also, Orga is the "spoiling" type of older brother, despite being decidedly "in charge".
absolute best part is, I dont think Mika cares if he's top or bottom... and neither does Orga. And this is reflected in fanart today. Truly revolutionary times we live in!
also shit, I keep forgetting to upload a pic. I keep timing out while typing these essays and having to refresh the damn browser..>!
They did when I started transferring stuff, then I switched to AO3 but again, too much trouble, too lazy.
I've been meaning to check out Origin for ages now, think I'll do it now.
Do try it. It's best read, if you have the patience and time, It's coming (for free, legal) online via Kadokawa's e-manga app/website. http://comic-walker.com/contents/detail/KDCW_CW01000002020000_68/
It updates 1 chapter (about 50 pages) a month, just like how the Japanese publication originally was. Unfortunately the Animated version of The Origin will only be the Char Backstory, it's akin to only having Episodes 1-2-3 of the Star Wars movies, when you really wish the original trilogy was redone (not that there's anything wrong with the Original Trilogy, of Gundam or Star Wars)
funny thing about Star Wars and Gundam Unicorn? Namikawa Daisuke voiced Riddhe.. and also Anakin Skywalker (teen) lmao.
I normally avoid ongoing manga because the waiting between chapters ends up killing me. But since there is a decent amount of chapters already available, I'll give it a go.
yes, that too. Namikawa Daisuke did a lot of "pus--" i mean, "please bully me" roles, but he's gaining ground in other stuff now.
You'll get to Garma, which is, admittedly, the most homo part of Gundam The Origin. (it's said that Tomino's Gundam is Char x Amuro, but Yas's Gundam is Ghar x Garma).
Oh, I'm all for Garma. Man has style, flair and he knows it, too.
also, the Origin updates on that website around the 20th of each month. so newest chapter is coming soon. It's the same translation as the ones in the hardcover books, currently out now. but a good way to sample if you want to invest in the books (If you have money, do so. if you're in the USA, wait until Barnes and Noble have their manga sales, and buy it in bulk). Though the print version isn't digitally colored.
Thanks for the info. This will be my first time reading Gundam manga, it has always been an anime only experience so far for me so I'm really looking forward to it.
As for eventually buying the books, I'll get them in the original.
after you read The Origin, I'm sorry to say that no other Gundam Manga will matter. ever. Yas is just that good of a story teller compared to other manga artists (And while numerous with titles, most Gundam manga is honestly NOT on the high-literacy scale). but please, do take your time and enjoy.
Should I rewatch some UC to refresh my memory or I can just jump right into it?
>Why excluded? I'm watching that right now, and I thought of how dissimilar CGS and SMS are to eachother. I haven't seen any other mercenary shows so I can't compare to anything else.
Another thing about SMS and CGS, the politics and setting of the different planets. It what makes the SMS feel like a nice school club run by pretty capable and upstanding vets, more like an exciting/romanicized part-time job, which is fine for the story as is. But Gundam and Macross have always had opposite atmospheres, and CGS is for all intents and purposes, work to eat/forced labor and ripe with abuse
I was gonna post that pic but it was already psoted.
Thanks for the link anon. I've been considering buying the volumes for a while but was hesitant about investing in a long series without fully knowing how good it was first. Yas' art is always in top form so I never had to worry about that.
I really wish I could read what they were saying here.
Kamille is trying to help Mika fit into the gundam MC cliques, but to no avail (also Jerid did the "Mika? i thought I heard a girl's name but it's a dude?" Line and Kamille got him for it)
>this will never be canon
Why does it hurt so much?
It's possible, Takaki could pilot the core fighter
Gaylords in waiting probably.
I hope Ein has a cute dynamic with them.
Hold me. ;_;
It hurts so much because I want Takaki to be with his Mika so bad, but at this point it's not looking good. He's already had so much to contend with in Orga, and now his love is going to be forced straight anyway.
And Kamille has a hard time with 'this type' of cold person, introduces Mika to the 'silent club' of Gundam pilots. And then there is crossdressing, Orga suggests that Mika tries joining the 'crossdressing group', and Mika says he willing to try if Orga says so. Except Mika means 'becoming friends' and Orga takes it as 'agreeing to crossdress'.
Kamille freaks out.
Fuck me I'm tired and forgot the pic
Mika doesn't say much. Orga asks him to do something and Mika agrees. Then the others are thinking that it's 'completely backfiring'.
The gist of the whole comic is, Mika is telling the rest how when he woke up in the morning some white sticky stuff had come from his dick. So he's wondering if he was sick.
Then Eugene sets him right and wonders if Mika also had a wet dream. Orga tries to get them to change topic and Eugene makes fun of him. Then Mika, pure deadpan, states that he did have a dream and it featured Orga
To which Mika replies that he did indeed have a dream, in which he tackled down Orga like it happened when they were training. Then he adds both were naked in the dream, at which point Orga begs him to please forget about the dream.
Well shit, I actually did end up finishing it. I-I hope you like it and that it's not too riddled with errors or anything since I was too embarrassed to re-read it. I should warn you it also gets kind of sappy in the end because I'm that kind of faggot.
Gosh, I love it anon. You are amazing. You nailed all of my expectations.
I love how more parts could be added easily to this too, though it's also good enough on its own.
I'm so relieved to hear you liked it, I thought for sure it was going to be disappointing. Thank you very much for taking the time to read it/
I look forward to filling more requests in the future if we do end up working out some kind of kink meme/kink meme alternative. Looking through some recent ones out of curiosity I noticed a lot of the younger tumblrshits actually don't know how to use them, since LJ-styled sites were before their time. I don't know if IBO has much of a tumblr following, but if it does then we might not have to worry about the younger crowd at least. I'd like more input from anons though before making anything.
Yeah, that's why they're thinking that it backfired royally.
very minor search string for twitter since there's not much for it and it's more like an alternative spelling:
That's not so much alternative spelling as different top/bottom order, みかおる [MikaOru]; オルガとミカ [Orga and Mika]
well I meant alternative spelling of MikaOru, since the pastebin only has the katakana ones. There are a few times people post it in all hiragana. also adding the "to" in the middle will alter the search string.
I know, and I still dont really care. Kisses happen all the time in Gundam as genuine moments and as false flags. Gundam 00 had Nena to Setsuna, but also Lyle to Feldt. and Hell, even Turn A had Harry and Poe, it's really not a big deal until we actually see the scene. Script leaks are "meh"
I got what you meant but the anons who can't read kana can be led to believe that those were two ways of spelling the same thing.
I wish you were right about the kiss thing but somehow, given that this is the Hime character we are talking about, I doubt it'll be anything like the Nena affair. Hime kissing someone is serious business by default because, again, Hime.
I'm a Mika x Takaki shipper, but Mika x Orga is definitely more popular, by a lot.
They'd probably end up killing each other if they ever met.
The relationship between Orga and Mika is already good. So is Eugene's constant opposition to Orga, and Takaki's open admiration for Mika. Even without all that, this is Gundam, and this is mecha anime. So there's always mob rape.
We don't know anything about Mika's actual hand to hand combat skills (though Barbatos is piloted intuitively) but we know Setsuna was trained a lot in it. So if Setsuna closed the distance I'm sure he'd be able to shank Mika. Mika had good maneuvering but so does Setsuna.
Now I just want to see Mika in a good old fist fight.
I think so too. Now I wonder who would win a hand-to-hand fight, Setsuna or Heero.
I agree with all the above, it's got to be Takaki. He is the cute type and probably makes an all too easy target to boot. Poor Takaki.
I keep getting to my Barbatos folder when I type the 'b' since that comes before Biscuit.
