I really like Asato, it's just a bummer that he didn't get as much merchandise as Konoe or Rai. It would've been nice if they made a Gift plush of him.

And even though he's a secondary character Tokino is really cute too. N+C games seem to always have a good character like him in the background.

I just started playing Lamento myself (I know enough Japanese to do without translation patches but it takes more time) and I really like Asato as well. The extreme awkwardness is endearing, in a way.

That's Naitou-kun. Basically the mascot of Nitro+Chiral (the company that made Sweet Pool/Lamento/DMMD/Togainu no Chi).

I've actually been trying to figure out if he's their company mascot or just their music mascot, since he's generally associated with the Chiral Night concerts. I guess it doesn't really matter. He's a mascot either way.
