make sure you're buying okay ham
slice cabbage and mix with mustard/mayo for a quick sort of slaw instead of basic lettuce (also it has the sauce for the sandwich)
remove cheese because you added a fat (mayo)
maybe add some spicy vinegary sauce to the ham or the other side of the bread
