the calories in sugar could be bad. But if someone was doing tons of exercise, then they'd need the sugar. The bigger problem is the effect sugar has on one's teeth. We only have one pair of wonderful teeth. Do not gamble with them. Stay away from sugar, brush after eating, every time, and floss once a day.
