might i suggest using lots of chicken stock in whatever you make? it certainly adds to a chickeny flavour without having to cook a chew and then swallow chicken through your sarcophagus
does anyone else have any other ideas?
i was thinking maybe buy duck/goose fat to use if you are going to roast vegetables too

If you like processed chicken, you can find some decent imitations.

But if you just want a large chicken breast, you're in for disappointment.
