Hey there, in the last time I researched into combining a perfect supplement stack for being more healthy and focused. I wanted something to prevent mental and physical illness and boost my cognition on a daily basis because I have a mind challenging job.
Because no single purchasable supplement fits my requirements I combined this compositionone by myself. Please let me know what you think about this.
Every Morning:
--> 1000 mg Omega-3-Phsopholipid (33 % EPA, 22 % DHA) -> Prevention of Inflammation, cognitive aging, cardiovascular disease...
--> 500 mg Bacopa Monnieri -> anti-oxidant function, memory enhancing
--> 1.200 IU Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) -> prevention of deficiency
--> Vitamin B12 (10 µg), B3 (32µg), B6 (5µg) -> prevention of deficiency
--> 400 mg Alpha GPC 50% -> Cholinergic, cognitive enhancement
--> 300 mg L-Theanine -> stress relief
--> 200 mg Phosphatidylserine 20 % -> slowing down the onset of mental decline and improving cognitive performance
--> 150 mg Lion’s Mane Mushroom Extract -> Boosting of Nerve Growth Factor production

None of that shit is going to help you whatsoever if you don't develop healthy cognitive habits, a proper diet, and moderate exercise.
Your body pretty much treats all that shit like poison when it's not digested from food anyways, which is why multivitamins always explicitly tell you to take it with a meal.

I've read this study (Brasky). They used very high dosages, much higher than in this supplement.
they used 55 micro grams B12 (I use 10, the dosage in OP ist wrong, it's not µg) and 20 µg B6 (I use 5 µg) over 10 years. So, I'm not that concerned.
Try caffeine, nicotine, and amphetamine, you pussy.
Just eat lots of fish and veggies and take a simple Vitamin+Minerals supplement.

Take a multivitamin without food and see how dark your piss comes out.

I don't really use nootropics anymore, I tried Phenibut and L-Theanine for a while but haven't purchased any more for a while. Pic related is the supplement stack I take daily with dinner
