OP here. I started off with a glass of coconut water for the electrolytes, also because liquid is easier to introduce into the system than solid foods. Then 1 hour later I had a bowl of kale chips in coconut milk. So far so good.

But then I went crazy. I had a big bowl of mixed berries (strawberry, blueberry, grapes), and my body crashed. Too much sugar, or perhaps also too much bulk at once. Result: Liquid shits for the next 2-3 hours, Most of that was probably accumulated waste by-products from the autophagy during my extended fast.

So for my next 5-day fast I will triple my introduction of liquids to 3 hours before moving to solids, and I will stay away from carbs, even fruits. All you guys who said start with something small were right. Funny, I had all of those items in my fridge: butter, bone broth, salad. But I ignored common sense and prudence because I was impatient and I really wanted to dig into something rich asap.

I'm no expert on cooking, but with those ingredients I see no problem going until monday. Because my regular eating schedule is a 24 hr intermittant fast, that is, I eat only 1 meal a day. With your ingredients I could make 2 dinners for today and tomorrow. Then with the chicken bones, I would make bone broth, maybe 1/2 a stock pot, that I would be for monday and tues, Bones are cheap at the butchers. You could easily sustain yourself on bone broth alone for 1 week. Around here a $10 bag of chicken bones will make a huge pot of bone broth that would last me at least a week.
