I got a 12 lb packer brisket from costco (prime). I opened the bag to find the point to be very thin and hanging out away from the main mass of meat.
Can i just fold it over and possibly tie it to the main mass to prevent burning or should i just trim it off?

Im just comcerned that it would burn before getting a chance to tirn them into burnt ends.
