Because I like brush sheets of filo with melted butter, sprinkle with parm, salt, and pepper, and roll around the asparagus before baking. It's a long process but fucking worth it

I've been thinking of roasting my asparagus with a panko crust lately. Worried about over browning though since asparagus takes forever in the oven to fully cook.

Asparagus needs only to be sautéed in olive oil and seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic, and oregano. It can't get better than that.
