also used to bake a whole tray of mac 'n cheese, then finish it off in one setting. if i was too lazy for cooking, then i ordered pizza hut pasta and ate it all in a setting
Once at a buffet I took the skin off a fried chicken thigh then I put mac & cheese in it and folded it like a taco.

That gives me an idea. Go to butcher and get chicken skins. Fry or bake them to golden perfection then make rolls and wraps with them. Chicken skin springrolls with chimichurri, id eat the fuck out of that.

I think they'd curl up during cooking and be difficult to roll. What if you took the raw skin, made spring rolls, then fried them? Breading optional, I guess.
