Black garlic, what recipes allow it to shine?

The other day I blended some black garlic bulbs with fresh sage and butter. Then used the butter to make a creamy gnocchi dish, it was fucking incredible.
Otherwise I enjoyed the Stupid Black Garlic Burger from Bob's Burgers.

It's really good on burgers.

It's sweet and savory garlic. No bite.
