New type of chocolate?
Ruby chocolate, its distinctive flavor and color come naturally from the ruby cocoa bean.
Anyone tried this/
Oh wait...
Ruby chocolate was officially introduced at a launch event in Shanghai on Sept. 5th. products containing it probably won't make their way onto the market for at least six months.

people have been eating this shit for millennia
it was discovered like how every non white country was discovered
I heard about this on the radio a few weeks ago. Looks good. I'll eat the fuck out of it, where can I get some?
When it's made what is the milk to cocoa ratio cuz I prefer milky chocolates. I hope it's flavor is pretty distinct and not just another semi sweet.
It is real chocolate, as opposed to white chocolate, which Nestle introduced in the 1930s. The yellowish chocolate bar is a chocolate derivative made from cocoa butter and milk solids rather than cocoa solids.
Mass production could take up to 18 months,
looks like some /rustic/ hipster bullshit
It's not new. Literally sold in every britbong sweet shop, used to be a penny each probably about 5p now.

When I see something that might be of interest, I just copy and pasta it...

I work at one of the biggest distributors of Callebaut Chocolate in Belgium. I've had the privelege of tasting it, and it tastes like white chocolate with a subtle mix of red/blue berries in it.
it's a gimmick + marketing
