what's the /ck/ consensus on these copper / gotham steel pans
don't buy a pan as part of an 'offer' that 'includes' a bunch of incentives to buy the pan such as identical copies of the pan, a satisfaction guarantee or any other bullshit

They are amazing for a very very very short period of time then spontaneously become terrible. The epitome of a great idea with terrible execution. Unless you take perfect care of your pans don't even think of getting one
>What's the /ck/ consensus on these as-seen-on-TV pans that you buy at dollar stores
They're shit
Basically anything that you buy for home use before biting the bullet and buying non-meme cookware is a waste of money
there you are motherfucker

aesthetically pleasing.... but probably terrible.

You can buy them in the US for $10 in pharmacy stores likes CVS or Rite-Aid. They are good for old people because they don't cook as much.

Its a nonstick pan that will go bad after a year. But even high end nonstick pans go bad after 3 years or less because nonstick sucks. So if you want a nonstick pan just for making eggs or something, I don't think it's a waste of money compared to other nonstick options. It's pretty thin so it probably doesn't cook evenly. You should invest in a good anodized pan.
