Sometimes I make my own caramel sauce to toss the popcorn in. Though you really gotta keep an eye on the sugar so it doesn't burn and ruin the batch.

Pop about 1/4 cup of popping corn kernals. Then drizzle on about a Tbsp of melted unsalted butter. After that, add popcorn salt to taste..

Salt or sugar. I prepare Salt. But not milk, popcorn is not a breakfast-cereal.
