the consensus seemed to be stir fry, it's a nice compromise where you can add fresh meat and vegetables every day instead of reheating leftovers, but also where you can save some time and bulk cook rice for the fried rice. stir fry also promises variety because as a home chef you can dump practically anything in there. it's a good way to get into cooking (mostly) fresh every day

Roasted chickpeas are incredible.
Toss them in spices and use them in place of meat in any recipe.
I made a really good chickpea spaghetti, cookies the beans with this recipe.
